I placed an online pick up order at the drive thru. When I got to the window this guy told me I had to go back to the speaker and say I have an order pick up. As Irritating as it was I did it and have the order number. When I got to the window the guy said what’s the name ? This was complete waste of my time! I will not be going back this is NOT how you treat customers.

So, you want to charge me $.69 for a cup of water, but you won't fill my tumbler to save yourself .69? I have a wrist injury and was wearing a brace on my wrist. I asked them to just fill my tumbler. Can't do it....covid rules. I proceeded to spill the coffee all over myself and the counter. Thanks. Also, unlock both your doors, please. Snowing and blowing and I had walked over for this treat only to be met with a locked front door. Not welcoming at all. Bathroom pretty naaty as well. I hadn't been to a Tim Hortons since my last trip to Canada. What a disappointment.

How is it that this location is literally ALWAYS out of hashbrowns and tidbits? Especially when they just opened. There's definitely something wrong with that.

Why have hashbrowns on the menu if you don't serve them to all of your customers? I ordered them yesterday at 11 am and was told they are out. A friend went there 10 minutes later and they magically had them. Imagine that.

I walked a half a mile to get some breakfast they all just laughing inside. Nobody wants to open the door for the lobby and it’s already 638. They supposed to open at six that is rude.

Service was quick and didn't have to wait long for everything to be ready even with the busy morning rush. They get everything out to you quick and it's made as ordered, no issues with quality of food and coffee even when they're busy.

Only had the tidbits as far as food. They are ok. Feel like noat taste the same.The service was pretty bad but they were nice. Just took forever and they forgot half of our stuff.Made drinks wrong too.

Kalena/Calana however you say/spell this employees name.I pulled thru the drive thru to ask the manager "Sondra" for my coffee to be remade, she had the employee Kalena/ Calana drive around my newly made coffee to me. Not only did she block me in, but she "threw" not dropped, my coffee out the window and went back inside like nothing happen! I had to go back in to get my coffee?!This Tim Hortons needs to have a corporate psychiatrist come and visit these employees so they are not battering customers! What type of an employee is this? What employee gets that upset at having to deliver a coffee to a customer that they decide to throw the coffee out the window and not not have someone remake it. I had to go in to get my coffee, while she just continues working like it was nothing!She stated as an excuse, "it was hot".Facts... she was just plan mad! Should I say "mad/crazy"!CRAZY PSYCHOTIC EMPLOYEE!To top it off... AlHondros the general store manager decided that this employee didn't do anything wrong because she threw it out the window but didn't throw it at me!! I mean wow!Oh and by the way,No need to supply a phone number or a link to contact customer service I have already called corporate and received my money back!Thanks for nothing and the CRAZY service!

Food was fine, a bit overpriced for a small sandwich. Service was friendly, but we walked in and they kept taking care of drive though orders while in the middle of making our sandwiches. Strawberry donut was good.
