All the wrong breakfast sandwiches. When calling the store was on way to work couldn't come back for a remake then so all they said was sorry. Spent 28.00 and had to give away sandwiches.

The 2 women working the window were so friendly and positive! I was planning to get 20 Tim bits, but they told me that I would get the spring basket if I ordered 30. And they genuinely shared how cute it was with me, that I had to get more to get it! Appreciate happy and kind people!

Ever since this new manager started this Tim Hortons has become absolutely wonderful. The staff are so incredibly friendly and sweet, and when they don't have what I want they're apologetic and understanding of my frustration (offering to make more, if possible). I'm also glad they finally have a few more staff members, makes the wait significantly better. Overall very happy with this location and plan to keep coming back.

"Let me say that at 10:57 AM today, I went to Tim Hortons, like I always do, and everyone is always so friendly. But today—OMG—the lady at the window was absolutely wonderful. She's the type of person you want around when you're having a bad day because she can turn it all around with just a smile and her positivity!"

The people who works there are so rude.They got my order wrong and when I tell them this is not what I order they looked at me be like that’s what you ordered take it or leave it, And I was like I’m not gonna take it,just give me my money back one of the guys that was working on the drive-through.Just call me the B word and I was like wow 😮

I recently had a fantastic experience at Tim Hortons that I just had to share! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and a genuine smile from Tearsa, who has truly raised the bar for customer service.

What impressed me most was how she anticipates her customers' needs. Without me even asking, she stirs my coffee every morning, ensuring its exactly to my liking. On top of that, today she had my coffee ready for me before I even reached the counter! It’s these small yet thoughtful gestures that really make a difference and brighten your day.

In a world where exceptional service seems to be a rarity, Tearsa stands out as a shining example of what it means to go above and beyond. Her attentiveness and care made my morning that much better, and I genuinely appreciate her efforts. Thank you, Tearsa, for making my visit so enjoyable—I'll definitely be back!

For the last week I have had nothing but issues they make coffee cold or they have it full of coffee grounds I went in today to have them remake it they made it cold again with more coffee grounds and proceeded to tell me they were not gonna make it again something’s needs done about this store or it won’t be in business very long !!!

I just wanted to take the time to let everyone know

As the new G.M. of this location
I want to say sorry for all the bad experiences you all have had
And I'm asking for another chance with each and every one of you

I have made it a priority to make a change
The crew has made a big change
We are focused on fast friendly service
And yes, I know the fast part is a challenge for my crew, especially in the drive- through but I can actually say we do try our best !!
I'm working on getting more crew members

I have also made it a priority to make sure we always have our product available
And if we happen to not have what you want, we are always willing or are already making more

I want to see this store grow
I want to see the smile on your face when you leave ☺️
I'm here 5 days a week, sometimes more

Who can mess up 2 black coffees and be rude about it? Tim Horton’s! She said, you ordered two coffees and you have two coffees, what's your problem?! I won't be back, I hardly ever go but each time, it's an issue. Horrible and rude service.
