Lazy staff came to this location at around 12. Stood there not a single staff acknowledged I was there. Store was completely empty. I stood there for a good bit looking. And start google for another place to go too. And one of the lazy staff finally ask if i needed any help. I just left ,so far Tim Horton has giving me a bad experience. This location and another one.

This location always makes my order fresh, it’s just poor customer service as usual with the youth. Gave me back some other guy’s debit card. Ended up having to replace mine. Accidents happen it’s no big deal, but it was done by the grumpiest guy working every morning. Wary about going back to that location.

Make sure you double check your order. This is like the 9th or 10th time they’ve messed up my order. I ordered an iced gingerbread latte and they gave me an iced coffee with no sugar.

Trash outside at the ordering speaker. Informed the staff and they said "we know".... placed a simple order or sausage egg and cheese biscuit & the same for an english muffin. They first gave us someone elses order. We waited for our order and it was with bacon and sausage... walked into the building to get our order corrected. Understandably busy, we waited a few minutes to be helped. However, our order was repeated 5 times to the staff making the food & the manager. We didn't receive a receipt with our order at all. We didnt receive any other options, such as refunding out order or possible gift card. Whatever. But horrible service. Will not be coming to this location again. @Tim Hortons HQ - fix your store. Thanks!

They don't take the orders right, i went ahead and placed my order just for the whale to tell me that she didn't got it right and that i had to go around just to order again bc she couldn't get my order right, then she just made like she wasn't listening to me, not going back with that whale

I went there at 8 am with no one in the drive through no one spoke to me to take my order for 10 minutes than when the lady finally spoke to me she was very rude rushing and mean to me and she also spoke in a very loud and demanding tone for no apparent reason nor did she care about my order. I received the worst customer service I ever received from any restaurant and such a very long wait time for one doughnut considering I was the only customer there. Worst Tim Horton's in Columbus Ohio.

**TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!**The owner at this branch truly needs to reevaluate who they hire and allow to manage their business.For over the course of 6 months it seems to be a pattern where the staff talk back to the customer, not only that but to call someone out of their name front their child is odious. Let's just say that the service is trash here and the staff are unprofessional.It is sad to say that, this location has been my go to place for years, I mean close to a decade. Morning coffee runnings. With that in mind, I will make sure to take my business elsewhere and spread the word to my family and friends.
