Ordered a turkey bacon club, they said they were out of the artisan bread so they gave me a panini & this is what I was given. Will never eat here again.

Check your order before you leave. Ordered the $6 bundle. No meat on my sandwich. Wrong donut. Coffee and hash brown didn't lackluster. Every time I try to come here I'm reminded why I don't come here.

Better donuts than Dunkin
Ordered via the app, got in the drive through and waited over 20 mins, finally my son went into the store. Then they started making it....waited again, then I got out of my car and went in. Got hella attitude when I, as the customer, demanded to know where my son's food was! It was apparently sitting right there made, but they didn't hand it to him. Most frustrating experience, especially when the lady defended herself like I was the problem!!! Do not go here if you want good fast service.....super slow and ridiculously rude workers!!!

The guy taking me order just now was so rude. I was ordering an everything bagel with butter and before I even finished my sentence he was like “so actually we don’t …Nevermind” and then put it on my order. You just didn’t want to get it out and toast it. Super annoying. Do your job. If you have it then don’t start with that.

Stopped at this location on my walk and they can go straight to the hot place with that terrible service. I said hi to the cashier and he just stared at me, got my order wrong (I ordered an iced coffee and he confidently gave me an ice Capp), it also took the 4 people back there an unreasonably long time yo acknowledge me and they were rude when they did

Honestly Tim Hortons isn't going to do anything about the rude employees. There are several complaints about the employees and clearly nothing has been done. I had the same experience as others. The employees are rude, nasty, and lazy.
At this point I'm just writing this review in hopes that others will read it and avoid this place. Maybe if the sales go down enough they'll focus on the problem.

If you care about the success of your business replace these unprofessional nasty rude employees. Especially the black male you have working there (5/19 @ 11AM working the reg). I would provide a name but unfortunately no one there wears a name tag. They don't seem very concerned about their personal appearance. Most of them look like they rolled right out of bed and came straight to work. They are lazy and lie about machines being down because they simply don't feel like working.
Do better and stop hiring just anyone. I will be avoiding this location until I see a change of employees and standards.

Shoutout Daniel working the drive thru. They were out of the Easter flower donut that my kids really like. He went back while I was pulling up and made one just for my kids. Thanks Daniel!
