WORST TIM HORTONS OUT THERE!!!! The “manager” should be fired IMMEDIATELY. I was trying to ask if they can make a drink decaf, the worker had no idea, I said can I speak to a manager - he told the manager to speak to me who I then asked the same question to, and the “manager” said “I’m off the clock.” What?? Excuse me? What do you mean you’re the manager but you’re off the clock ??? Then why the heck are you there? I asked him “ok… who is the manager in this building that’s ON the clock?” He told me to leave! Really? Cause I’m asking WHO IS A MANAGER AT THIS BUILDING WHO IS ON THE CLOCK??? That is wild! How can he say he’s the manager and then just say he’s off the clock? Cause he didn’t want to check if they have decaf? Really??? What kind of customer service is that? Manager should 100% be fired. He was worse than the employee to deal with. And all from a simple question if they have decaf… absolutely unbelievable. That is not the way for a manager to behave. Absolutely ridiculous

Been so disappointed with this location last few years. Occasionally I can overlook their mistakes and give them chances to redeem themselves, but today was it. I tried to point out that my drink was made incorrectly, they told me that it was correctly made. Sir....it was not. Something as simple as an oreo iced capp, you can clearly see there were no oreos added, they claimed it was in there....I am not blind, I know what it's supposed to look like since I've gotten this item many times and from different locations as well. Also they don't fill up the drinks fully, I'm always leaving with a third of my drink missing. Overall, they just don't want to fix their mistakes. I kept it pushing, I won't be coming to this location anymore.

The guy on the speaker had an attitude the whole time, clearly did not want to be there. Had a mobile order was asked to pull up cool no problem. Finally after a few minutes they come out and I go thru the bag. Missing items/ the bagels are completely wrong. I go inside the girl back there says of course he would come back for his food…. Then I had to wait forever to get the rest of my missing items and they weren’t even busy. And when I walked in there all just talking and not moving just hanging out.

Never go to this location. The staff was unprofessional and rude. Took a long time to prepare my order. They got my order wrong not once but twice (I don’t understand how that happens with an online order). All my food was burnt. When I called to complain the person wasn’t apologetic and actually hung up on me. They can keep their free sandwich because we won’t be going back!

I've gone to this location multiple times during the day and the door is always locked. They also don't honor coupons at the counter. Rude staff and service

I’ve come here quite a few times over the last few years and probably about 90% of those times, I’ve gotten stale Timbits , muffins or melted iced capps. Today I ordered 10 Timbits and only one was edible and not rock solid.

This location is the closest to me on my drive to work but when I have time, I’ll go out of my way to another location.

Sat in drive through for five minutes after they served a car in front of me and no one came on to take my order. So I pulled around to order inside and they had the dining room doors locked I could see 3 employees inside. This was around 200 in the afternoon and their website said open till five. Starbucks down the block was prompt and polite though.

Bad experience, all the time all machines not working , every time the order not correct I asked more times match without sugar , every time added sugar , not supportive any more I’m upset

Cash only in the drove thru seems like a scam to me!! Only card inside. Donuts taste like flavorless dust collected from under the cabinets. Sandwich doubles as a hockey puck. Do not go here everyone’s rude!!

I have gone here about 10 times and every time something is wrong. Love Tim’s but this location needs new employees. If it’s not loads of coffee grounds at the bottom of my iced coffee, then it’s my sandwich not being made right.

I placed a mobile app order, when I arrived, I was told by the staff they had no baked goods. I was able to order the baked goods on the app including Timbits. I’m not sure how you can have zero baked goods on a Saturday morning. They told me instead of Timbits they could sub it for a muffin but it’ll be a few minute wait (confused because I thought they had no baked goods..but I accepted because my wife needed food 2 weeks postpartum). When I got to the window, I asked for a refund for my Timbits, the staff was so confused, no one knew how to issue a refund and finally, they told me it’s mobile app order so I need to do it on the app, fine. I got my muffins, drinks, etc, I open my bag, the other food I ordered (bagel) was missing. I waited over 5 minutes for my muffins. Never once did any employee apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience of the situation and I left the incorrect order, food missing. While waiting I witnessed patrons going to the front door of the store it was locked. Save yourself the trip and head to Starbucks down the road.
