This location a full of nasty rude employees that constantly claim the ice cap machine is broken anytime it’s cold out they dictate what drink they’ll let you order my mom has cancer and is severely ill and that is the only reason I come is to get her an iced Capp because she loves them and I’ve noticed a pattern that it’s always broken if it’s a cold day..I can go to Starbucks and get a frozen drink anyway or any smoothie place they shouldn’t be not offering items on your menu just because it is a little cold. Also there is a man that works there later in the day he is so rude for no reason at all..messed up my order and then refused to speak to me the rest of the time even after I told him to have a nice night..nothing just slammed window. Crazy

But thank you for this morning for all your help and for your extra hard work. you went above and beyond. And for the young man working the window there was absolutely no reason for the amount of attitude and facial excretions you were sending my way! My ask were no big ones! 5 stars on everything.Sometimes the staff isn’t the nicest, but I can look over that.They do always get my Mocha Ice Cappuccino spot on. I never want the whipped cream in it because I can get a little extra drink in the cup.
