I have the mobile app and use the rewards, told the women I wanted to use the rewards for the 2 for $7 iced cappuccinos and she didn’t put the code on. Wasn’t nice, and still got my order wrong. Also had a 1$ timbits on Tuesdays and didn’t get that either after I told her I wanted to. Not a good place.

It was a good stop before hitting the road. The service was decent for a fast food restaurant. Very accommodating.

Drive thru onlyServed me and my son old stale Tim bits. We only got 8 I asked for two more honey dip. She gave us a whole other box in which that pack had 1 honey dip in a 10 pack. My son didn't even want to eat them. I've wasted $8 here just to go somewhere else. ? 3rd time in a row I got terrible service first time I got nasty food. Same lady every time Kenya. This was the last straw this location needs better management.

This is the most unprofessional restaurant I’ve ever been to. every time I go there It’s always a problem. They’re not open yet and it’s 30 mins past the open time or we’re in the middle of a shift change so we can’t take any orders. CLOSE DOWN already and stop wasting peoples gas coming to your restaurant.
