Stopped in around noon on Saturday after an appointment in the Nationwide children’s Hospital which is across the street. I ordered coffee & donuts to go. My donuts were cold, usually all other locations serve warm donuts but this location gave me cold donuts. The staff seemed busy and definitely not happy to see a customer.

Just got done waiting between 5 and 10 minutes off to the side for a breakfast sandwich because they didn't have anything ready. But what made it frustrating is the when I did get my food, the breakfast sandwich was really sloppy and the croissant bread was mostly squashed and burnt. The guy at the window mostly seemed like he was trying to make an excuse for their lack of prep.
This location is really hit or miss. I've had good food here a couple times in the past, and a couple times (including today) I haven't. Think it depends on who's working and how much they care.

This Tim Hortons charges $.69 for a cup of tap water for a customer who is already making a food purchase. I do believe that the Franklin County Health Department requires all public establishments to provide access to free drinking water (either in the form of a drinking fountain or free cup of water). Absurd

The Tim Hortons at this location is good as any other. Fresh Honey Dipped doughnuts and correct amount of sugar and cream That I had ordered--Most places can't get the latter correct.
I did not like that my Iced Coffee was filled to the Lid with large chunks on ICE. Didn't like that. Especially after paying over $4 dollars for a drink.

Their hours, both on Google and posted on their door, said they open at 5 am. However, when I got there at 5:25 am the door was locked and they refused to open, saying that only the drive thru opens at 5 and the indoor dining opens at 6 am. I was left stranded outside at 5.30 in the morning after walking 20 minutes to get there because of their misleading advertisement.
Terrible first experience here. The manager in the morning was berating her employees from the time I walked in to the time I left. I also watched her be extremely rude with multiple customers, including myself. It took them 4 times to try and get my coffee order right, a simple iced coffee with a splash of cream and sugar. The food was also lukewarm and soggy.

Manager passes out coupons a week before expiration date and refuses to except she is the only one who does this . I spend $6 dollars a day !!! Her staff is rude and so is she !!! Hate this bum location

Probably one of the worst places I've been. Super simple order, coffee, tim bits and egg bites. Specifically asked for birthday cake and chocolate, I even heard the lady inside tell the other lady that it's only birthday cake and chocolate, but i got a bunch of blueberries to which my daughter can not eat! The girl gave me "thumbs up" when I told her to have a good day. Coffee was made correct, but it was just the rudeness of the staff that made me want to share my experience. It's located by the childrens hospital so I hope they don't treat other parents who have had a rough week the way they did me this morning. Highly recommend you go somewhere else.
