I have been going to this location for a few years. The last couple times to be honest has gone way down. I generally only order coffee and it never changes. Now I understand they have a new crew but WOW to just be completely wrong at least 3x in a row. They now have poor leadership and that came from a staff member informing me. Just WOW! Beth, Craig Craighead, James,Semaj, Stanley and Mike were the best crew together and it shows. There is only 2 that remain. I am actually deleting my app and never going back. The crew now is nice enough but they have a lot to learn to live up to the previous staff

Food was good, took a lot longer than usual compared to other Tim Hortons, like 10 minutes longer...but my major complaint is they had their own music playing wayy too loud. Not family appropriate songs either. I had to repeat my order 3 times because the cashier couldn't hear me over the music

My coffee was cold. Also, one of the workers was very very rude to me for having my dog in my car while going through the drive through. That employee continued to be rude when I had to go back into the store because they forgot to give me half my food. I will not be going back to this location due to the rudeness of that single employee.

ordered 2 meals (sandwich, side, drink) and was told to pull off and wait. We waited for 10-15 minutes and they finally brought the food out. no sides, and my drink was just milk!!! No coffee haha. We went in & got our missing items. Our sandwiches weren’t right but we didn’t want to wait anymore. I’ve been here maybe 3-4 times and it’s always like this

So.... i parked here while waiting on someone over at the hospital, ive been parking here for about 2 hours, there have been about 3 customers during that time, a group of employees have been sitting by the backdoor almost the whole time, smoking cannabis, cigarettes, and talking on the phone, honestly I would fire them if I witnessed this, I saw 1 man taking out the trash and working with a great deal of urgency, I can only assume thats because his Coworkers are not doing their part to assist him, but of course thats just speculation, what a disgrace for this location, imagine pulling up to the drive thru to find all the employees wearing headsets and smoking a blunt by the backdoor, I looked at some of the reviews for this location and it seems that there have been consistent issues, perhaps this is the reason

We asked for 2 sausage egg and cheese bagels, one without egg and a coffee. They forgot the drink and both bagels had egg, one without cheese. This was after going over the order 3 times.

Stopped in around noon on Saturday after an appointment in the Nationwide children’s Hospital which is across the street. I ordered coffee & donuts to go. My donuts were cold, usually all other locations serve warm donuts but this location gave me cold donuts. The staff seemed busy and definitely not happy to see a customer.
