I have been going to this location for a few years. The last couple times to be honest has gone way down. I generally only order coffee and it never changes. Now I understand they have a new crew but WOW to just be completely wrong at least 3x in a row. They now have poor leadership and that came from a staff member informing me. Just WOW! Just got done waiting between 5 and 10 minutes off to the side for a breakfast sandwich because they didn't have anything ready. But what made it frustrating is the when I did get my food, the breakfast sandwich was really sloppy and the croissant bread was mostly squashed and burnt. The guy at the window mostly seemed like he was trying to make an excuse for their lack of prep.

The Tim Hortons at this location is good as any other. Fresh Honey Dipped doughnuts and correct amount of sugar and cream That I had ordered--Most places can't get the latter correct.
I did not like that my Iced Coffee was filled to the Lid with large chunks on ICE. Didn't like that. Especially after paying over $4 dollars for a drink.
