Wouldn't open lobby so I could make an order. I walked to the location and was told drive through only. Poor service, definitely explains the already low rating.

Don’t waste your time here, they have a lobby but it’s not open when is unclear with no signage and super slow to get to drive thru it’s like they don’t actually want to sell coffee or provide a good customer experience- would rather overpay at Starbucks than deal with this

I went to Tim Hortons this morning to get A medium COFFEE. One thing I hate is my coffee looking like milk because it puts so much cream in it. So I asked for a medium coffee with one cream so my coffee will look slightly light skinned. Instead I got hot milk looking liquid 🙄

I usually stop in on saturday mornings. While the service is great and staff is very friendly, food packaging is lacking. I ordered a couple boston cremes and this is how i recieved them. Perhaps some training on better packaging/wrapping could prevent this.

Super friendly and nice team! I had a larger order and they were happy to fulfill it and even write names on each single item on the list. Doing it all while smiling! They even offered to help me carry it to my car and carefully placing it to avoid spills and messes! Great service and a very nice and professional team 👏 THANK YOU
