I will start this review by saying how bad the customer service was, the wait time was so long and the employees were very rude. Then when I got the food it was the wrong order, mind you I was trying to get some quick lunch but this placed ruined my whole appetite, fanned under bad management. This place is 0 stars

We came by after breakfast for a hot drink. I grabbed a hot chocolate and it was ok. The seating area looked nice but the tables were dirty.

This is so funny and disappointing lol. A bagel with cream cheese was failed today. Took a couple bites before splitting the bagel to investigate. Didn’t even notice once it was too late into my shift. The man who cashed me out was friendly, but the lady who handed me the bagel just gave it to me without a word said, not courteous at all lowkey. Service here has never been very friendly anyway so I was used to it. Even stopped visiting for several months because of the service here.

Ever since the change of bread for the BLT from croissant to bread, quality has been terrible. The menu offers both Croissant BLT and BLT. Every time I ask for Croissant, I always get this. Never enough lettuce or tomatoes. Too Much cheese ratio to veggies. I can get a better combo with more quality at Subway. Very disappointed since Tim Horton’s Croissant BLT is one of my favorite lunch items.

Should have paid more attention to the 2.8 star rating. Went thru the drive thru with my daughter on the way to the airport, which this is very close to. The coffee was great, as usual, but the food was cold and awful. My daughter ordered the Timbits, only the blueberry ones and got the assortment which I didn't see any blueberry. I tried one and it tasted stale. My bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was on the driest biscuit and was cold. My hashbrown was so hard and cold, I think it was cooked 4 hours earlier. We should have just paid attention to the 2.8 rating and stuck with our coffee.

I ordered a small iced coffee and they tried to give me an extra large hot coffee. When I tried to explain what I ordered the guy didn’t even know how to make an iced coffee. I also ordered sour cream and blueberry tid bits. Instead they gave me all variety of tidbits. None of the employees seemed to care to make any of this right. I won’t be back to this location.

Everyone was so pleasant! The smell of fresh baked donuts and coffee was so inviting. There are tables and even a sitting area to watch tv if you desire. I had a pastry of spinach and feta. Delicious! Yeah, I also had an apple fritter that I ate later; it was sooo good. My hubbie had the donut bites (Timbits). He enjoyed those as well. The place was very clean including thr restroom.There are breakfast sandwiches too.
This was a lovely way to begin our trip back home. There are no Horton's in Maryland where we live. This Horton is right in the airport district.

Got coffee and three breakfast sandwiches and it took 45 minutes to receive them. 25 minutes in the said they ran out of sausage and it would take another 10 minutes for more sausage. We waited another 20 and still didn’t get sausage.

This is my last time coming to this location for breakfast, seriously. The donuts (especially timbits) always taste stale like they’ve been sitting for a few DAYS without proper caring. You go to another time hortons location and they NEVER come out like that. I’m getting a headache just from eaitng them
