The dining room was closed (as it almost always is) and they had no other drive thru customers yet I had to drive around and wait 10 minutes for them to bring my order out to me. Which was then missing half of the food. I have no idea how you can be so incompetent so many visits in a row when you actively have no other customers keeping you busy. This place is a mess.

First thing I have been to this location many times and it’s always a terrible experience! They never have any staff and the staff is always rude! I understand this location is in a poor area but that’s no excuse! I can’t even count the times they haven’t even stirred my coffee! Tired of the experience and lack of everything, I can’t return!

Donuts are not fresh at all! Manager was not willing to refund my money for donuts that was not edible, hard as a rock.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly whatsoever! In the middle of a very busy parking lot and employees were out side smoking and play fighting with language that I could not believe. WILL NEVER RETURN AND DO MOT RECOMMEND.

Might as well close down the restaurant if you can’t have the dining room open during daylight hours. Went to go get a coffee while washing clothes next-door and couldn’t. I couldn’t drive a vehicle through the drive-through because my vehicle is too high.

I eat Tim Hortons everyday but this was the worst one I order a two medium coffees and they were cold sausage egg and cheese and it was cold and I order a blt the bagel was hard the bacon was not cooked correctly the lettuce was brown the tomatoes frozen I this is the worst store ever I won’t eat there anymore

No matter how late I’m running they always seem to be able to get my order out to me quickly to get to work.
Vegetarian options: Can request no meat on sandwiches/wraps.

Service here has definitely changed in a good way over the years!
It is currently drive thru only, but don't let that discourage you from diving thru and grabbing something. The crew they have had The Past couple months has been very polite and helpful.
I have been in shock at the service !
Many times if we order doughnuts and they don't have them ready, such as a filled type, they politely ask if we have a few minutes to wait for them to pull us over and wait for them to make them fresh.
We have swung by here numerous times in the past few months due to the service being above and beyond.

Service is always good
but the older lady in the front wasn't much help I was calling to ask her something and she ignored me I was basically yelling
Went to get food and my order was made incorrectly which prompted me to ask for it to be remade. That upset two of the employees and I stated “that is part of the job description I don’t know why you’re upset.” TONY then proceeds to slam the window in my face causing an argument in which he called me several slur names, including “black bi.ch”. He also told me that I am lucky that I am a female or what he would do to me. I will say that there was one employee who understood my frustration and tried to calm Tony but he just kept going. I will be reaching out to higher ups and also anyone else that needs to be contacted.
