I had my daughter get me a med coffee with 3 cream 3 sugar substitute they added regular sugar I am a diabetic imagine taking a swallow finding out it’s real sugar in your coffee can someone tell me how hard it is to pay attention and add real sugar instead sugar substitute do better people before you kill someone

Probably the worst Tim Hortons location I have ever tried more than once. Consistently mess up drink orders and they’re either way too sweet or watered down. If you purchase coffee from this particular establishment do not expect it to be very good.

I went through the drive-thru to grab some coffee and mentioned a small correction with my order. The lady at the window got rude with me, so I asked if she was having a bad day. She then handed me only two of the three coffees I paid for and told me not to come back. I’ve been going to that location for three years, so I was really disappointed with how I was treated this time.

I want to see the drive-thru and ordered coffee and I corrected them on something I'm not sure what it was about but it was something small the lady gets rude with me can I ask her what she's having a bad day she gave me two have the coffees out of the three I paid for and tell me not to come back anymore I have been going to that location for 3 years and told not to come back

I was so impressed with how sweet everyone was in the drive thru, my coffee was perfect and my food was exactly how I ordered it. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but well worth it for this kind of customer service. Thank you for starting my day on such a good note!

I ordered a breakfast sandwich from the drive-thru, only the buns were hot but the egg inside was very cold. While I understand that it is a fast-paced environment, but at least the staff should prioritize serving food at the appropriate temperature.

The dining room was closed (as it almost always is) and they had no other drive thru customers yet I had to drive around and wait 10 minutes for them to bring my order out to me. Which was then missing half of the food. I have no idea how you can be so incompetent so many visits in a row when you actively have no other customers keeping you busy. This place is a mess.

I understand this location is in a poor area but that’s no excuse! I can’t even count the times they haven’t even stirred my coffee! Tired of the experience and lack of everything, I can’t return!

Donuts are not fresh at all! Manager was not willing to refund my money for donuts that was not edible, hard as a rock.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly whatsoever! In the middle of a very busy parking lot and employees were out side smoking and play fighting with language that I could not believe. WILL NEVER RETURN AND DO MOT RECOMMEND.

Might as well close down the restaurant if you can’t have the dining room open during daylight hours. Went to go get a coffee while washing clothes next-door and couldn’t. I couldn’t drive a vehicle through the drive-through because my vehicle is too high.
