I pull up and they Took my order I pulled up to the window and was like hey can I get some whip topping on my drink and he tells me well you should’ve ordered that at the window I was at the window looking at him so I drove off customer service is not what it should be. I’m a paying customer. It doesn’t matter if I was at the speaker or at the window, but I asked for something before I paid you. You should’ve just done it.

I'm such an idiot. I could have gone to Starbucks or McDonald's. I decided to try Tim Hortons again. If you like a disgusting café mocha, cold, barely frosted donut and a croissant that looks like someone stepped on it, stop here. I won't be back. Disgusting is too nice of a word for that place.

They're terrible I assume they are under staffed cause their drive thru is the absolute worst we stop there everyday on our way to work because it's by our house and most days it's twenty minutes or longer in the drive thru they never have enough help feeling frustrated ??

Simply ordered 1 Boston creme, 1 vanilla creme. Gave total, went to window after waiting 10mn, then they explain "no Boston creme. Here are 2 vanilla creme." Coukd have explained when I ordered. Then they were upside down in a bag without any napkins. Simple yet couldn't deliver.

This location has to deal with some of the most interesting and hard-working people possible.You may pull up and have a full-blown construction crew or a man standing there with no shirt and a shoe taped to his head, and the group of girls working today would show the same amount of dedicated, hard-working, coffee serving respect as possible! Highly recommend them, they noticed I was out of my iced coffee coupons and hooked me up with plenty for myself, and my multiple business locations in the area for the employees as well!Great job!

This location was the absolute worst Tim Horton's location I've been to. They got my order wrong, when I went through the drive thru it was barely 8am and they were out of almost all the donuts I asked for & the Tim bits I got tasted funny. I even had 3 other people try the Tim bits because I thought I was crazy but they all also said they tasted funny. I have no clue what they're doing at this location but they are awful.
