This location has to deal with some of the most interesting and hard-working people possible.You may pull up and have a full-blown construction crew or a man standing there with no shirt and a shoe taped to his head, and the group of girls working today would show the same amount of dedicated, hard-working, coffee serving respect as possible! Highly recommend them, they noticed I was out of my iced coffee coupons and hooked me up with plenty for myself, and my multiple business locations in the area for the employees as well!Great job!

This location was the absolute worst Tim Horton's location I've been to. They got my order wrong, when I went through the drive thru it was barely 8am and they were out of almost all the donuts I asked for & the Tim bits I got tasted funny. I even had 3 other people try the Tim bits because I thought I was crazy but they all also said they tasted funny. I have no clue what they're doing at this location but they are awful.

I went to this location the employees were very rude.there was a male at the register and he was completely not understanding didn’t help me at all there was a girl too I believe her name was Cara she was also very rude and just ignored me and my family just hope they can get it together because overall it was not a pleasant experience at all

I only come for the ice capps I've tried other menu items and it verys from one place to another...one place will have breakfast cooked through while the one down the road will give you under cooked bacon and have a attitude when you ask for cream cheese bagel toasted slightly extra cream cheese so depends where you

If they mess up as we all do, there is absolutely no hassle! Brenda the manager is awesome and has everyone on Q! They are quick& reliable and food is always fresh.I have absolutely nothing bad to say at all

?Oh k,?so here's the story...Between six fifteen six thirty amI'm making a A coffee run. for my teammate...4 different type of coffees....One coffee was field up to the rim..It was spilling just before I got it into the car ..I Ask The lady can she take that 1 particular cup and poor some of the coffee out?I told her I do not want it to spill inside of my car .pretty much. I had to beg her because I said it more than once.What do she do?!Snatch cup out of the cup holder.That I was holding Pour the coffee out side of the Drive through window. It all over the cardoor..on the outside of my car.Do I go off? NODo I get upset? NO.no i keep calm,I ask her what ever happened to customer service?And I drove away ..I decided to make a phone call to Speak to the manager..I told the manager everything that happened..She said yes tha was meWOW!!!so She said once we give the person the coffee We do not allow the coffee back inside.. That's why I poured the coffee outside of the window..I told her What about the coffee that's on my car door she gave me no response for that.but only said to me you. get free coffee..Lol WOW..So I call headquarters,And what in your no headquarters Didn't do nothing for me at all...except call the store and see if they will pay for my car. Wash ..of course. I got no response from the store or from the headquarters...I sent my co-worker Up 2 the place the next day. I was not going to deal with it no more. .So they did not mark the tops of the coffee ones again and they gave her an attitude so I was not going to Tim on Central & west broad street...Professional, no.currency not at all.Customer service?LOL throw it out the window...I can go on about a stuff with Tim's Hortons. But it's not gonna make a difference at all...
