Love the new BEARS! Absolutely adorable! OF course I got my normal apple fritter and coffee but had to let everyone know about the BEARS! GO ASK ABOUT IT!

I go to this place daily. Service is always amazing. The staff is the friendliest I have ever met and they truly care about it your order. The service is fast and timely every single time! I could not live without this place and the kindness Migdalia, Norma and Oswaldo have shown. They are truly beautiful humans and I get excited to see them when I pick up my coffee!

I was in the drive thru and told the girl I had a coupon and then said I must have left it at home but I wanted the sandwiches anyway. When I got to the window I told her I found the coupon. She was honest and said she didn't know how to change the order. I told her she could void it and I'd drive back around and order it correctly. She said that's OK let me get someone. When the women got to the window she said it was only for breakfast sandwiches. It was 9:30 AM and I ordered egg and cheese. She said the picture showed meat and I didn't order meat. I again offered to drive around and reorder. I also had a coupon for coffee so I said ok just give me another coffee. She said I can't use 2 coupons but she wasn't going to let me use the one for the sandwiches and she couldn't void anything. By this time the young girl had my order in her hand. I told the other lady that she'd be paying or voiding now and drove away.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I ordered a meal (ham & Swiss with an iced coffee, two creams). The cashier gave me a total that matched the meal price and told me to pull forward. At the window, there was a child running around the service area, which didn’t think was very professional.
I was handed my sandwich and a large iced coffee- but no straw, no napkins, and no chips. When I asked about the chips (since the meal is advertised that way), I was told I “didn’t ask for them” and that I’d have to pay extra. I explained that I ordered the meal, but instead of resolving it, the employee argued with me.
On top of that, I was never asked what size coffee I wanted even if I did just want the sandwich and coffee- it was just assumed I wanted the largest size. For anyone who has worked in food service (Tim Hortons was actually my first job almost 10 years ago!), communication with customers is the most important part. This visit showed a real lack of that, and it left me with the impression that customer service isn’t a priority here.
