Everyone was nice but I ordered a hot Carmel macchiato and got a cold one, ordered a hot medium with cream and got a small hot with sugar. Not sure what happened today.

One time I was here some months ago and the place was dirty in appearance and the help was even worse in appearance. Today the store interior is neat as a pin and the help is industrious, friendly and makes an attractive appearance. Coffee is fresh and hot … like I’m used to at Tim Horton’s … the best coffee ever!

Should have the clocks checked at this location. Second Friday in a row that I’ve gone through the drive thru around 4:30 and got the “we are closed” recording. I used to stop here 3 days a week in the evening, now it’s a waste of my limited time. Someone needs to get control of this store

If the general manager knew how to do her job and paid her staff accordingly I wouldn't be making this review. Hires people and never gives them hours even when begged. Withheld pay for no parent reason. Took money out of checks for uniforms some staff never even received. Sucks this place is under poor management

Closed 5 min early on 11/25 why have hours if not honored

they got new staff. I was a regular but the new staff don't take drive thru orders and made me uncomfortable when they started arguing with me on whether a menu item existed or not. it did. they showed me their case and I felt very awkward pointing at the item they said didn't exist. I just don't want to go back anymore.

I'm usually on workers side about these sorts of things but it was very random and awkward to be told I was making up the thing on the menu right behind her, that i order everyday, then to be shown the item. and to be talked to like i was crazy.

i was polite regardless but it made me not go back for just a few weeks. then I tried again recently and we sat in the drive thru for 5minutes alone, ignored. so we left :(

Waiting in line for 6 minutes to be ignored by a worker , then another call pulls in beside me
And they took THIER order first ?
Do yourself a favor and just go to the one on Olentangy
?not sure about dine in , I’m sure the staff is sweet and she was attentive after we brought the issue to her

I love Tims. But its been a while since ive got a hot sandwich. Keep getting kinda cold sandwichs at locations. But today got a hot sandwich an great coffee. Think this is gonna be my goto Tims. Very happy

Donut holes were stale, and there was a fly in the case where food was. The male staff member was rude but a female came to his rescue and was so very kind and helpful
