So when we pulled up to the drive through window we were told that the sausage for the croissants would be 6 min longer, since we love them so much we both said no problem will wait. So pulled up to the window and they gave us our donuts and asked us to pull up and wait. So did that a few minutes later a lady came out with our sandwiches and said they included a bit of timbits. So very nice they did this we didn’t expect it. Thanks to all who work here at the Dublin Road Tim Hortons. Merry Christmas, The Walkers

Coffee was way over sweetened as I asked for only one pump of vanilla and it took quite awhile to get a simple coffee + donut order taken and completed. Alot of staff talking to each other and seems pretty disorganized. Worse yet, the front door seemed to have some kind of marketing ad on the front with lines of "do not enter" tape images plastered all over it so from the parking lot it looked like the sitting area was closed. ? Would not recommend.

This was the worse breakfast sandwich I ever had. When I drove up to the drive through the lady seemed liked she hated her job. She wasn’t very pleasant and welcoming. My sandwich was cold and she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a bag. My cheese on the sandwich wasn’t even melted. I realized my sandwich was like this after leaving.Oh and she almost forgot to give me my card back. Thanks to her co worker who saw it and gave it to me. This was my first time at this location and I won’t be back!

Awful customer service in the morning. Was missing an item from our order and told the girl bringing it out to us and she just shrugged her shoulders at us and told us she didn’t know what we were talking about. We politely tried to explain to her we were expecting another item she hadn’t brought out and she just continued to shrug her shoulders at us while LOOKING AT HER PHONE AND HAVING AIRPODS IN.
