Ordered online . Tracker says order was ready for pick up. It was not . Email stated order was going to be ready at a different time. Was not allowed to wait inside . Very stern Sheriff made us wait in our car . Order was promised at a certain time and it was late . The employees were rude and less than desirable. I get it - the holidays but proper customer service still applies . I love this pizza but … don’t expect another order from us .
We visited Tommy's because I saw an article last year that said Tommy's was the best Columbus Tavern style pizza. Holy smokes it was so good. The crust was delicious and so crunchy. There were even air bubbles in the bottom of crust that led to the perfect crunch. The sauce was excellent and the toppings were high quality. The pizzas were cooked perfectly and I couldn't get enough. I will also say that the homemade meatballs were excellent and the homemade Italian...
