I heard about this place and I wanted to try it.
I like PLAIN tacos. Just meat and cheese.
I went to look online and saw that they only have those options for plain tacos on the kids menu. So, what am I supposed to do?
Order a bunch of tacos from the regular menu or just messing up? Ask for Kids tacos and wonder if they say no because it's kids only? Will they tell me to order the more expensive ones from the adult menu and take them off? That's an awkward interaction I don't want to deal with from an employee so I'm not ordering from them.
If you have a menu offering, it should be for all customers not just some. I'm just not gonna try them. It's a shame for this company. I would have bought like 10 of them.

Disclaimer…I’m generally a fan of Torchy’s Tacos. Had the opportunity to enjoy it in Columbus, Denver, and Austin but it was my first time to this location and it probably was the best experience of all the locations to date. Cashier was very hospitable to our family as we wavered on our decisions and requested modifications to menu items. The dining area was spacious and clean. A manager came to the table to ask how we were enjoying our meal, if there were any dishes she could clear for us, and brought us more chips and a “to go” container for our leftover hillbilly queso. This location was doing it right this afternoon and will definitely hit up this location again when able to in the future.

I wanted to get on here and comment about how great the staff was especially the young lady working the register who told me what she really liked on the menu and how I could get the free queso by downloading the app. Give that young lady a raise! Wish I would have taken one of her suggestions- I did not. My steak burrito was a huge mistake. After reading all the reviews about how good the food is I’m hoping it was a one-off. The meat was cold, gristly, chewy in a bad way, and just scary to be honest. The queso was above average and the salsas were amazing. I will give the place another try solely because the staff was so incredible and that is such a rare thing these days.
This is a lovely place. Nice spin on classic Mexican dishes. Great staff. Full service bar with sports up. Definitely worth a trip.

Made an order, starving and excited to get the food. Drove there only to find out the app pushed the order until 10am!!! The staff was kind enough to still take the order, and prepare it even though they were closing for the evening. This is way I love this place! Real customer service I cannot say enough about this place!!!
