Food was great. Got the trailer park (chicken)and the democrat (Barbacoa). Some rice,chips and salsa. Rice was a bit different. Everything thing else 8.8/10 it was very good. Will go again. Barbacoa is in a different league. Super tender. Flavor of tacos blended well.

Came here for a lunch meeting and was happily surprised! I love the concept and was glad I tipped before sitting down because their service was outstanding for not having wait staff that takes your order. They checked on us and asked how our food was, and cleared the table as we finished. Even the manager Johnny came out and checked on us and introduced himself. Will def be back! That you for the good food and service!

Meat was trash dripping wet a bunch of gristle and fat in my barbacoa. The girl at the register was short after telling her it was my first time there over 20$ very very disappointed!!!

Unpleasant experience with the server slamming food on our table and saying figure out what you got. Manager was quick to listen to our concerns so gets 2 stars

Rumbling really really loud. With no carpeting or sound deadening materials on the walls or ceiling I felt like I was in a warehouse or something. I think that stuff is more up to corporate though. Everything the staff was doing was ? as far as I could see.Whenever I’m nearby I’ll consider coming back

We love the Torchy's over in New Albany and were excited to find out we had one so close to home -- and without the wait! The queso is a star! The menu (and drinks) are creative, affordable, and delicious! Definitely adding it to the rotation!

Whenever I'm in Austin, I stop at a Torchy's. HOW WONDERFUL to find that Columbus has them, and every bit as good as the ones down there. Yum!
