Bad atmosphere, unless you like being annoyed. A little pricey, but also incredible flavors, so even trade?

Eh. Im feeling indifferent about this specific Torchy’s location. I’ve been here 3 times and all 3 times they have been quite slow. Like… really slow. They are making tacos. The meat isn’t being cooked right then in most cases ao I don’t understand why it takes so long to get food done. Additionally, I asked previously if the chicken was dark or white and was told it was white. It came out and I was pretty certain the meat was thigh. Todays visit I asked again and was told it was all thigh except the fried chicken. Disappointing.
The food is good but I find the prices pretty high. I will say the queso is very good. And most of the staff I’ve interacted with have been friendly. Just don’t expect to be in and out.

We absolutely love Torchy’s and the one at New Albany is awesome! The employees are always nice and helpful. The manager is always coming around and making sure everything is good. I have tried almost everything on the menu and I can truly say there isn’t any I don’t like. The portions are very generous and tacos can barely fold together. Enough left over to use some chips with it. Queso is the best in the business.

My husband goes to his PT over at OSU and we happened upon this restaurant. The best find to date! The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Even better than the food is the experience I ALWAYS have with Douglas! I’ve been here 3 times and since the first I hope that I see Douglas’s friendly smiling face and I can’t wait to engage in conversation with him. He’s very knowledgeable, kind and always goes the extra mile. Having Douglas be the first face customers see is a Win, for the company and I hope he’s as appreciated there as much as I appreciate him! Good customer service is hard to come by so it’s always very pleasant when I receive excellent customer service. He create a warm atmosphere. And the best part is he recognizes his customers and greets them like he personally knows them. I love that for this company. I’ll be looking to come back next Friday!

Very disappointed to see they discontinued the vegan "meat" option. Nothing there is a vegan meal now. Writing them off our to go to list and it's back to taco bell.....
