The green goddess cocktails are to die for — i dream about them. i also had the grilled cheese and tomato soup platter which was delicious. my server Macy was amazing— seriously one of the best waitresses i’ve had in a long time and always was at our table ready, and brought us things before we even knew to ask for them. She was so great!

I randomly found this place on IG a few years back and finally got to eat here this week. It was great. The food was real and delicious. The atmosphere was inviting and energetic. And the staff was nothing shy of delightful. Great place to eat when in Columbus.
Townhall is always a great option and love that they’re dog friendly. Awesome staff and always a casual and energetic vibe.

FINALLY a restaurant I can feel good about going to with my family! Finding non-GMO, seed oil-free, and organic options are nearly impossible… but TownHall does it and does it well! Delicious grass-fed burgers & the atmosphere was fun- including the games available to play while waiting for food! Can’t wait to come back! 👏🏻

While the food was great, customer service is abysmal. I went to pickup my food and was promptly ignored by staff at the pickup counter. despite turning around and seeing me several times both young ladies kept their back to me until I finally said, "So is someone else working over here, or what?" Only then did one of them finally turn to acknowledge my presence and say, "We'll be right with you. Give us a moment." and continued talking and laughing amongst themselves with their backs to me the whole time. this is the same area where door dash/Uber drivers pick up orders that they're delivering. so I'm not sure if that's why they treated me the way they did, but the second they realized I was the actual customer the demeanor changed to one more welcoming. the way they treat people is unacceptable; driver or customer, we all deserve the same level of respect and customer service. Real shame too considering the food was actually really good. Even my picky 2 year old loved their teriyaki bowl. I don't think I'll be back here for a while.

TERRIBLE PLACE. Management refuses to allow their employees to eat ANYTHING during their 8 hour shifts while managers do. When confronted about it, they said that “fasting is healthy” Except no it isn’t when you’re working all day, losing calories and carbs. For a restaurant that praises being healthy, they don’t allow their own employees to do so. If this leads ANYONE away it will have been worth it. Townhall, be better.

This place is a must try for all Low Carb/Keto enthusiasts like myself. The menu has so many clean options, and customizable to any diet or way of eating. I had the Keto crusted Nashville chicken sandwich and the Keto Bun with it(avocado, cheese, eggs grilled into a bun shape) my meal was absolutely amazing. I choose the grass fed bone broth as my side to avoid the temptation of fries, the broth was outstanding! Everything was reasonably priced and the staff was very accommodating to all my silly Keto questions. I'll definitely be back!

I ate here twice, two nights in a row, and the first time was good! The second time I asked for a table for 1, the hostest said "You can have it as long as I get it back by 7:15" (Would have only given me 15 minutes to order/eat). I just said "uhhmmmm" and she continued saying that I can either sit at the bar or the cafe area at the back wall because there is open seating there. I chose by the cafe. Well she didn't explain to me that that meant I had to order at the register instead of someone coming to me to order. It wasn't until 20 minutes later after taking my seat that a group came and sat at the table right next to me and a waitress came over to them nearly right away and asked them if they ordered at the register already. No one had came up to me that whole time I was sitting there to let me know that. That's when i finally went to order at the register and I got the same thing I ordered the day before but it just didn't taste as good (maybe because I was already annoyed at the experience there, but who knows).
Not only does this place genuinely produce great food that considers their customers health, they also have an amazing staff who will consistently show you they care. They always have me leaving feeling better than I came in. It's also an absolute blast at night. So many great fun drink options and good ambiance.

Makyla has exceptional service and went above and beyond for our table!
She was super attentive to our needs and cleared the table to make room for our entrees. She recommend the Thai peanut and it was phenomenal. Me and my buddies will be back in hopefully Thursday to have her as our server again.
