I came here because they use clean oils. It’s hard to find any restaurants that don’t use seed oils - and their food was delicious.

This place is literally the worst every time I come here to pick up food, I’m told to wait for 30+ minutes. I hate coming here. That’s after me driving 20 minutes from where I was. I hate this place with a passion, the staff told me to “just sit the hell down and wait” I don’t want to ever have to come back here and I won’t on purpose ever.

I had such an amazing experience here, the food, service, and the vibes were so amazing!! Ali was my server and she was just the cutest thing ever. She was attentive and made sure my food came out correctly since I am dairy free. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Visited on a rainy Sunday, and this was the only place we found that welcomed dogs inside. The staff treated our pup like any other guest! The food was fantastic—everyone in my family loved their meals, and my cinnamon roll was perfect. Our server MJ was friendly and attentive despite the busy restaurant. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

I recently had brunch at Townhall in the Short North, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed — the perfect spot for a weekend brunch with friends or family. The service was quick and friendly, and the staff made sure everything came out just right.

I ordered the steak and eggs, which were cooked perfectly. The steak was tender and flavorful, and pairing it with the sweet potato made it even better — such a nice twist on the classic brunch dish.

The last time I visited, I tried the butter cake, and it was absolutely phenomenal — rich, warm, and perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. It’s the kind of dessert that leaves a lasting impression and makes you want to come back just for that alone.

Overall, Townhall has easily become one of my favorite brunch spots in Columbus. The food, atmosphere, and service all make for a top-notch dining experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the Short North — you won’t be disappointed!

Came here on a rainy sunday, the only place we could find that would accept dogs inside. The staff was so friendly treated our dog like any other customer! The food was amazing, my family does not have dietary restrictions but everyone enjoyed their meals. My cinnamon roll tasted just like any other in the best way! Our server MJ was the nicest and very attentive despite the busyness of the restaurant. I would highly recommend to everyone and will definitely be back!

Waited 15min before we were served at all, then at least 20min between each check. Only got three drinks but were intending to order food and additional drinks if we’d had the opportunity. The hostess and ID staff gave poor direction, adding to the frustration.

Props to the awesome DJ, speedy bartender/barback, and sick Halloween decor, but overall the service ruined the experience. I hate giving bad reviews but that poor of service really needs to be addressed by management.

I recently visited Town Hall Restaurant to pick up an order and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. The staff displayed unprovoked hostility and dismissive behavior toward me. When I tried to communicate calmly, the situation was escalated instead of resolved.

A taller male supervisor then intervened, but rather than addressing the issue professionally, he sided with the employees and accused me of wrongdoing — even though I was the one being mistreated. His approach came across as intimidating and unprofessional.

Additionally, one of the staff members made irrelevant and disrespectful comments about my height, which was unnecessary and offensive.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any customer service environment. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and provides proper training to their team to ensure that every customer — regardless of who they are — is treated with basic respect and fairness.

Loved having yet another awesome meal here, so many gluten-free options to choose from and some of the best gluten-free sushi options! Corrin made tonight a little extra special with her personality and great service!
