My husband and I were out of town, searching for an authentic Italian restaurant, and Trattoria Roma caught our eye with its excellent reviews. It did not disappoint. The antipasto appetizer was delectable and set the stage for an exceptional meal. My husband, a bolognese aficionado who loves homemade pasta, proclaimed it the best he has ever had. I enjoyed the cheese tortellini with a lemon, white wine, cream sauce, and capers, which was simply outstanding.
