It’s frustrating that employees never use the online order shelf, that is it’s only purpose and meant to be faster than an in-store order. Instead online orders have to wait until anyone notices for an employee to sort through the mess of orders on the counter. This is a consistent thing, so it’s hardly worth it to come to this location if online ordering.

My smoothie tasted fine the last couple times I’ve been here, but service and atmosphere was terrible. Don’t love the feeling of restaurant employees staring you down and laughing or failing to say hello when you walk into the place. This has been a consistent issue when I go to this location.

Only two people working... My daughter and I walked in and were initial people to order, then 8 people who walked in after us all got their orders first, including online orders, etc..... We waited for 50 minutes to get our food, and then the wrap wasn't cut all the way through. We ended up almost finishing our smoothies before the food was ready. Worst experience at a Tropical Smoothie location.

I came in purchase a smoothie after a kids program and this experience was lackluster and uninspiring at best. The location is great but the service was dismal. Take your business to a different franchise location.

I love a good smoothie made with fresh fruits and vegetables. I stopped at tropical smoothie craving a fruitful berry smoothie. The flavor was lacking and so were the fruits. For me, they were just ok.
I accidentally ordered here instead of the Sunbury location so I immediately called them here. I couldnt understand the younger girl that well on the phone but she told me I could NOT get a refund. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I tried calling back and the line was busy (3x). I honestly thought that was incredibly rude service and not helpful to me at all. I order a lot of smoothies here and this was a slip up for me. Just an overall poor experience for me at this location.

TSC always has great smoothie with perfect sweetness. This store is clean with many charging outlets. The staff members were great and WiFi was fast. They also serve power bowls, wraps and snacks.
