It’s the second time you’ve gotten my order wrong 😭 you are way too expensive for this to keep happening. Also, I bought my first bowl since it’s fan week and I choose the oatmeal. It was very very runny. I’m not sure it’s supposed to be that way or not but I give it a 2.
Back to the smoothie. Can I please just get a replacement that is correct? I know modified items are probably a pain but I paid for the extra items and that’s just what I expected.
Ordered online and it was 13 minutes late. I can let that pass this week again because of the deal going on so I assume busier than normal.

I would like to reach out but that page doesn’t work. Can you offer an alternative way to reach out?

I ordered my friend an oatmeal smoothie bowl from Tropical Smoothie. It was ordered at 6:38 p.m. and delivered at 7:40 p.m., 5/12/25.
The bowl she received was prepped on 5/9/25 at 4:49 p.m. Friday.
The entire order was wrong. The bowl was supposed to be with Nutella drizzle and I received one with whipped cream and chia seeds made 3 days ago. So it took 1 hour to receive an oatmeal smoothie bowl that was prepared 3 days ago.

It would be advisable to put the toppings like the peanut butter underneath the fruit. The toppings stick to the inside of the lid.
I had no idea that Tropical Smoothie sold yogurt bowls. I wanted an acai bowl. 🥺
The salad needs a little more kick.

I ordered a Caribbean jerk wrap and a Acai berry boost smoothie. The wrap had bland chicken that I’m sure is not grilled and no season. The wrap also had old welted lettuce. The smoothie tastes
like the freezer burned fruit was used in it. First time trying and spent $17, not sure I would return.

To the Manager who made a Blueberry Bliss for Me. Absolutely outstanding! The smoothie was very fresh with bananas, strawberries and blueberries.

Healthy and fresh. In addition, clean restaurant with outstanding service and a great selection of smoothies.

I’m so bummed. I work from home and order here at least once a week, as it’s my favorite for “fast food”. I do so through the app, which employs DoorDash to do its deliveries. Unfortunately, this last delivery didn’t go so smooth - for the first time, and probably the last.

My driver arrived without the smoothie; no big deal, mistakes happen. I call the location as is advised for any issues regarding delivery. The person from the location was unhelpful, and stated that the driver had to come back as the smoothie was nonrefundable. If I did this order directly through DoorDash, it would be refunded in an instant. Though I understand that’s the benefit of their customer service.

I have no way of enforcing the driver to return, because it was not through DoorDash directly I have no way of complaining or requesting a return delivery. I called back, and was told “it is what it is”. I’ve filed my complaint through the app as well, and hope there’s some sort of corporate presence to help me out? The smoothie was more than half the value of my order. Huge bummer.

Ordered two smoothies from here today. We got a green detox Island and a beach bum smoothie. Both were disappointing. They were both bitter and mine had hair under the lid. No thanks.

Parking: There is parking right in front of the establishment. Parking wasn’t an issue.

Grabbing a smoothie in the morning with an added whey protein has become a more regular thing for me. The smoothies are good, and I love the transparency on the nutritional facts available.
