The WORST customer service. Absolutely insane how they are still in business. Shame on me for giving them multiple chances - New Albany location.

Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. They were a little slow to give us our orders, but they were busy. We ordered through the app and then drove down there. We sat down and waited patiently. After about minutes I saw them bagging up what looked our orders. They bagged them and just set them on the counter by the drive through. We had to go and wait in line to ask if it was our order. After about 5 more minutes of standing in line the person at the register asked us what we wanted, I told them that we had two mobile orders and they said they would put them on the rack when they were ready. I pointed out what I thought was ours, they checked and those were our orders. They gave them to us, and we enjoyed our Quesadillas and smoothies as we always do here. Just know that patients is not rewarded here. You will have to speak up or you will never get your order. Still, I will be back no one was rude to me and there were no other problems.

They always close 10 to 15 mins early. Do not post your hours and not abide by them. This has happend on many occasions.

Arrived at 8:56 pm, door locked. They were all in there cleaning up the lady see me at the window. I asked if they were closed she said yes sorry. After driving all the way over here and the app and the door so they close at 9 PM. They could’ve whipped me up a smoothie but instead I’m leaving and won’t ever be back.

Have visited the drive thru several times in the past month. Service is always fast and accurate! And smoothie/food has been great! Really enjoy the Island Impact.

The general manager and district manager refused service to my daughter with her service dog. With the manager yelling at her the entire time

The smoothies are always inconsistent at this location. There are days it tastes like someone is just adding tons of water to a mixture. The staffs overall services isn’t the most welcoming either. For just over $7 per smoothie they should at least be consistent

Has a whole staff but shuts down the drive through 15 minutes early

Staff are unbelievably rude. I asked for my receipt and she rolled her eyes and closed the window in my face. I didn’t even order everything I wanted because I could hear her huffing as I was ordering.
