Glad to see a new famous milk tea brand open in Columbus. I got the lychee milk tea which tasted refreshing with perfect sweetness and salty milk foam on the top. The store was clean and service was excellent. There were few seats and WiFi was fast. After several visits, their quality and taste are excellent. Some leftover meals can be ordered through apps. Some board games and toys machines are available. There are some perks after joining their membership.

I used to like this place, however during my most recent visit a few months ago there was a young female employee with tattoos who just had no idea how to make items on the menu or bubble tea in general. When I walked into the store there was another customer complaining about a wrong order. Then I placed my order through the kiosk. When I got it I noticed there were several important ingredients missing. I went to the employee and told her it was wrong. She just took over my tea and started to use a knife to cut the plastic cover of the tea cup. She was just going to add those missing ingredients to the cup. To add to the insanity, when she was cutting it, the plastic cover just fell into the tea and she used her finger to pick it out!!! I told her I couldn’t drink that. She got very defensive and acted like she was offended. She did make a new one after I demanded （praying there was no plastic or finger dipping in it) but it tasted nothing like what I had in the past and I just threw it away after one sip. There was once an older female employee who was very professional and friendly. I don’t know why they’ve hired this new person. I’ve decided I’ll never visit again.

Amazing tea drinks! The workers inside are very friendly and offered me lots of suggestions. She didn’t even seem bothered by my many questions 😅. I highly recommend this boba tea shop! So many options there’s definitely something in here for everyone!

I feel bad leaving a 1 star on a small business. I decided to post because I am honestly concerned what they put in our drinks. They tasted and smelled like a strong cleaner. We couldn't take more than a sip before throwing them out. We both tried two different style of drinks, so I'm not clear what ingredient had gone bad.

The tea here is great quality and they have fun drink options. A solid bubble tea choice.
I gave them three chances to make my drink and it still was wrong.
