What an amazing retreat! Starting my own weight loss journey and UAN is a major part of my success! Love the variety of drinks/shakes and bowls…I haven’t found one I don’t love! Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable on all products and are motivating too!

This place is phenomenal! From the customer service to the tips they offer you while trying to focus on healthy options. James is awesome and very friendly. Very knowledgeable about determination and healthy habits for a fitness mindset.My son requested we go back a second time today for a tea and shake! My son said I give this place a thumbs up and a 1,000 out of 10! I had pretty in pink and my son had a birthday cake shake! Absolutely delicious.
