If I could give a zero, I would. We had 11:30 reservation for 4 ppl the day after Pride. The bar wasn't full and there was a drag show. We finally get two of our plates at 1pm. We waited almost two hours. We spoke to the manager and they offered to comp our drinks and offered us 20% off our meal so we kept waiting. The food was cold when it arrived. We never got our second round of drinks. That was the last straw. We actually walked out and went down the street. At another restaurant we got seated without a reservation and we were eating within 15 mins. Very disappointed in Union.

If you are expecting the old union go somewhere else.The pricing has gotten out of hand for what you get. I ordered iced tea for my drink and it was extremely watered down and tasted like nothing. The menu has changed where it is extremely limited. They completely forgot my boyfriends order and messed up my order and my friends order. When I mentioned it the staff were extremely rude. Just go to McDonald's and you'll get better service

Stolen a big chunk of money from me. Had multiple customers with the same name and rather than do the right thing and fix my bill they told me the manager wasn’t there and charged me anyway. By all means have fun there, but know they could potentially charge you any amount of money and refuse to give it back

The floor is always amazing. The service is top notch and the drinks will definitely do their job. We visit often. Brunch is a must!
Fast and friendly service. Our water was amazing. Drinks and food phenomenal! Is a whole vibe here! I got the Cajun chicken Alfredo and drank the Hawaiin punch. Seriously amazing!

The only person safe from this review is the host. She understands serving customers. She sat us told us Henry would be over soon. She then even came and checked on us about ten minutes later and brought us waters. Soon turned into 25 minutes. But not just 25 minutes I had to get out of my seat to find someone. I went to the bar and was given a death stare from the woman behind the bar as if I was bothering her so I turned around and went back to the table. And the guy with the mullet and blue shorts on looked me in my eyes and walked away. Ironically our server had walked by our table several times. We were not acknowledged, there were menus on the table which clearly means we have not been waited on. Now I’ve been here many times and today was a lite crowd. So there was no reason for the extended wait. Although Henry was a good server the rest of the team fell short. He did explain being sat with multiple tables at once. Again the team fell short and we were at the brunt of it. The food was what I ordered. I’ll leave it at that because the gnats likely enjoyed it more than me. This was once an establishment I was proud to say I patronized. I’ll say this was my last time.
Came in today durning happy hour. Bartender greeted me initially, and I opted for a table instead of sitting at the bar. He said he’d send a server over, which never happened. I waited about 20+ minutes at the table and decided to leave. The workers seemed to be entertaining their local faves at the bar but paid zero attention to me. I won’t be back.

I know this place gets a bad rapport sometimes, but I personally never had a bad experience. The staff there have always been great, personable, and attentive. The food has always been good and the prices are set right for the quality. I love the chicken tenders.

We had great service and wonderful food and drinks. Our server was Kollin and he was excellent. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend this bar/restaurant to anyone. We will be back. Thanks again. Everything was great.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone about my gift card refund. I’ve tried to call and call and call and all I get is the mailbox is full and then it hangs up on you. I call when you guys are there. I’ve message you on Facebook. None of your managers has tried to get back with me. I have tried to turn in my gift card to get refunded since you guys are no longer doing them. I have not heard from anybody so maybe giving you guys a review I will get to talk to someone or maybe you could actually return my phone call or maybe your mailbox I would really love to talk to somebody.

My card fell out of my pocket and before I could grab it, a guy picked it up and took it to the bar to order drinks for himself and his friends. I told the bartender not to run my card since I am not ordering anything. She charged $30 for drinks and got a $10 tip on the check that does not have my signature on it. The name on the card clearly didn’t match the guy that signed the check or ordered. I told her several times do not run my card. Disgusting behavior.
