Terrible service experience, cold inside, food overpriced and not worth the cost, super small portions, and uncomfortable furniture.The waiter provided poor service which lead me to be frustrated when the 18% gratuity was forced into the bill. He wouldnt service us individually. He took no orders other than drinks until all guests had arrived. He was a weird guy all around. The dumbest thing he might've done was not knowing how to make sure he collected everyone's bills. Excuse me sir, I think you work here, not us. Don't ask me if you got everyone's payment.I ordered two drinks and a lousy bowl of pasta and alfredo with a microserving of lobster present. I was chared $90. For what I paid, I would have expected much, much more. I usually do not go to places like this but I came here for a friend's event.Overpriced, overhyped garbage.I recommend no dishes and recommend that no one comes here. I feel sorry for the people who live in the upstairs apartments for having such a poor restaurant in their lobby.They have no vegan friendly options for my friends who were fasting from meat for religous reasons.

On December 14th, on my friend’s birthday we had a dinner at this restaurant. I’ve been here multiple times and had excellent service until this day. Our server Steve i think that’s his name, was very rude and aggressive to us. One of the guest saw a strand of hair in her food. The waiter argued with her that “it was cheese” in the most condescending tone ever. Only to later on find out it was actually hair . We had the most terrible service ever. On top of it, he indirectly made comments trying to rush us out. He didn’t try to right his wrong with the strand of hair found in the food. He even told us we have to wait for all the guest to show up before he takes our order . Which is unheard of. I felt like he didn’t care or made any type of effort to make us experience a good service. In a way he ruined the birthday celebration with his attitude and passive aggressiveness. He didn’t care because he knew gratuity is already included and regardless he’s still getting a tip. Management need to talk to him please . If he doesn’t like his job he can quit.

If I should say the vibe was great but the food was Terrible overpriced and not good it’s way better places to eat than there and if you have a birthday party and plan to bring your own cake to there establishment they will charge you a $35.00 fee just for bringing your own cake or it will be no charge if u get a cake from them never heard such a thing the way the food taste I’m sure there cakes are not good !

food: 10/10, I will dream about the truffle pasta for as long as I live. friends said the lobster mac and cheese made them believe in god. drinks: delicious, although the martini was a lil nauseatingly sweet. vibes: this is where it loses a star or two. the staff were very kind, waitstaff were attentive, but it was kinda loud. we were 6 girlies celebrating a birthday and it was reallly hard to hear anyone talking, that was the only thing that I would change. I'll definitely be back for that pasta though. game changer.

Overall rating is a 4/10. Quality doesn't match the price. Bruschetta is $20 and only give you 3 pieces of bread and if you ask for more they'll charge you without telling you. Got the seafood bucatini and it was just spice and no flavor. The atmosphere is nice but other than that I wouldn't come back. Also for some reason trying to get someone's attention seemed like a hassle.

Bringing an exotic flavor of color, mid-century modern classicism, and whimsy as design inspo, this place will not disappoint the curious palate and eye. The truffle mac n' cheese brings back memoirs of Miami Beach's notorious Barton G's dish (as did the vibrantly bold interior design).

I just enjoyed my birthday dinner with my friends. This is definitely a great place to celebrate any occasion. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and ambience is always a beautiful experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

I have never felt more humiliated, embarrassed and discriminated against before out of all of the years of fine dining, or dining in general. My husband, friend and I stopped to have dinner after a workout so I guess our attire of sweatsuits at the time made us appear as “less fortunate” to the management who approached us due to the overcooked steak that my friend received. My friend kindly asked for the steak to be recooked and the manager refused stating that it would still be the same outcome. We eat at all of the nice high end restaurants such as Ruth Chris; Jeff Ruby’s; Hyde Park; Mitchells; as well as the average and have NEVER had a manager to refuse to make the food right for the customer. We had security stop us at the door to “make sure the bill was paid” upon us leaving as if he was going to do something to us if not. I feel highly disrespected and will never attend this establishment or recommend it to any friends/colleagues/family.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Santos. The GM came and took time in conversation, bartender (Andrew) Awesome is an understatement. Food was Great " cooked perfect as ordered. Kinda hate to give such a glowing review that might put big expectations - but I believe the staff that was there last night will meet them. ( just one couples opinion)
