It was my first time visiting Visitas. Someone recommended me to come to try their fixed 6 course menu The service was really good and the atmosphere was beautiful. The food was good but it was very little, I understand that it is a tasting menu but also they need to remember that it is dinner for many of us. The last course before the dessert was a bit better, so I had to eat some rice and pita to get a little satisfied. For $130, including a trip and no drinks, just water, I find it not a great value. Even if they race their price a little and serve more food, it will be greatly appreciated. I will probably not come back for the fixed menu anymore.

Very nice place to go out with your companion for diner, especially for anniversary. However, I found tables a bit too close. I had to talk louder than usual to have a simple and private conversation with my boyfriend. The food is great but was missing some kind of flavors for me. I wish Veritas was larger so tables could benefit some space and people can really enjoy their privacy without worrying about other ears. But overall, it was a great experience.

Our dinner at Veritas was a very good but not exceptional experience. Portion sizes were perfect, but some of the dishes were surprisingly salty. The server was mostly great, but we didn't find out there was a wine pairing until after I asked for a wine recommendation. They also didn't acknowledge that we were celebrating our anniversary until we were on our way out, while I'm pretty sure the couple next to us celebrating their anniversary got complementary champagne.Otherwise the presentation, composition, and inventiveness of most of the meal were superb. The tasting menu encouraged me to try new things and revisit some food that I typically avoid.
Vegetarian options: At least one option and sometimes both options on the menu were vegetarian, and they can make any of the options vegetarian upon request.

Veritas is a rare gem in central Ohio! Chef Dalton and his team have created ever changing unique menus that are worth a visit. During our last visit, the menu was based around "A study of color - Spring Green" ?Overall this menu was very delightful, however the green eggs and ham (egg Custard) wasn't our favorite. Since the menu is prefixed, I would recommend splitting the course selections with your partner

It’s not economical, by any means, but the food is always inventive and fun (and delicious, of course) and the wine pairings are typically spot on. The service is top notch - we’ve had many different servers at this point and everyone is always knowledgeable about the food and drinks, they’re also attentive, friendly, and aim to provide a unique dining experience - they’re not just serving food. I will say, there are some redundancies if you go as regularly as we do (we honestly try to taste each seasonal menu), but that’s just with single aspects of a dish - no whole dishes are repeated (for example, they do this amazing carrot BBQ sauce that was so good they used it for dishes on at least two different menus. But, it was amazing, so it can really be forgiven). Overall would absolutely recommend anyone with the means should go here at least once.

I would rate this an overall 3.5 stars. The food was actually the most disappointing part of the meal. Mostly because our server would not describe the dishes (I asked) because it's supposed to be some sort of culinary surprise? "Green - eggs - ham" = runny egg soup broth with croutons and nothing green and no visible/tasted ham. The main course was halibut, which looked amazing, but was dry and tough. My favorite part of the meal was actually the snacks from the first course. The drinks were great. My advice -- either give better descriptions on your menu or have your servers be prepared/not refuse to describe the dishes. Otherwise, I'd say skip this for someplace that's actually prepared to share what you might be in for.
