I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to for this one because it was my first time there, 3:45 pm, it felt like they where about to close because all of the employees glared at me as if I was bothering them by walking in, their responses were short, cold and borderline sarcastic. I paid $27 for a 10” pulled pork sub, a baked pasta and a drink. The pasta was ok, the sub was missing the slaw it claimed to came with and they never bothered asking if I wanted anything on it, or if I wanted to save money by making it a combo. the middle of the sub was really cold but since they seemed irritated by me didn’t want to go back in and have them correct it. There’s a difference between employees being tired and them passive aggressive. They were mad I was there, so I’m never going back.

Food taste fine but quite surprised to find out they charge extra for lettuce and tomato on a cheesesteak grinder. Just wow. Somewhat ridiculous if you ask me. I won't be returning. I get they need to cover cost but nickel and diming just cost them a future customer. I'll stick with all the many other places that include that at no extra charge.

When I entered the store person behind the counter just stood & stared at me should have been the first indication to walk out. I ordered the original sub and was not asked if I wanted anything on or off the sandwich. I wasn't familiar with what is included. Bun was awful and doughy, meat was your normal lunch meat that was slapped on the bun not fresh cut. I would NOT recommend W G Grinders & will not be back.

Good food but not the grinders I knew and loved. West broad is the bomb.

A large grinder equals THE BIGGEST SIZE YOU HAVE. Medium equals the middle. Small is the smallest. Your staff assumes, doesn't check, disappoints customer. Not enough pasta salad to get to close of the shift so too bad customer. Likely won't be back. Makes sense WG Grinders close one by one in columbus. Taste good but I'd love the othe half of my sub.

Stopped here on a Sunday at 11:30. Service was quick and tailored to our needs. The two fellas behind the counter knew their stuff, and it made for a great experience. Food still hits just like it did in 1996. Anything else is half baked!

Ive been living in Columbus for almost two years and I had Grinder’s for the first time today. I ordered the backed chicken grinder and it was delicious. Friendly staff, nice retro cafe decorations and delicious. I definitely recommend this place if you are new to the area or if you wanna try the best subs in Columbus!

Food is good however just another business not regarding the customer. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich that was to have crispy onion straws on top. Get the sandwich and there were none. Asked the employee and he said they were out of those so obviously was not going to address it otherwise. Total lack of integrity to conduct business in this manner. Guess the customers don’t deserve to get the food they payed for or given the chance to change their order.
