Food is good and the owners really nice. Workers are patient. Even though there’s a grinder’s near me about 10 minutes always drive to this one which is about 30 minutes away and that says a lot.

My absolute favorite sub shop!! They are very friendly, the subs are DELICIOUS like the best subs ever, and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend. The spicy chicken sub is my favorite.

Italian sub very good. White pizza sub inedible: too much salt. Interior, tables especially, all very dirty, along with chairs and floors. Restaurant has no atmosphere.

Was literally accosted by your employee for attempting to add a teeny bit of lemonade to my sister's son's sippy cup. We used to LOVE Grinders and recommend it to all our friends and fellow Buckeye alums. This one individual has literally reversed this and flushed it down the toilette.

Worst place ever they were super rude charged me for every little thing and then the guy came out from behind the counter to charge me for my cup of water and see if they have bottles of water that I could close up I wanted a splash of lemonade he thought I did for my cup of water to put in my sons sippy cup and then he wanted me to throw it away absolutely the most ridiculous scenario I have ever been in a few other times I’ve been there with my brother and they were like Nazis about extra mayo we wanted craziest place ever the rudest worst customer service ever I probably spent close to $100 as I’m getting my water and a splash of lemonade he comes from behind the counter unbelievable I will never go back to this place Even though I absolutely love WG grinders and I went to Ohio State was drive a half hour out of my way not to go to the hard Road location

I love WG Grinders. Wife wnet to Hard Rd other day got carry out and it was horrible. Worst grinder sandwich ever had. Very very poorly made, soggy, SUPPOSE to be NO onions on sandwich had bits onion on it. Lettuce all wilted, tomatoe was really sad. Either Hard Rd does not have same standards as rest of restaurants or that employee juat doesn't care.
