Italian sub very good. White pizza sub inedible: too much salt. Interior, tables especially, all very dirty, along with chairs and floors. Restaurant has no atmosphere.

Was literally accosted by your employee for attempting to add a teeny bit of lemonade to my sister's son's sippy cup. We used to LOVE Grinders and recommend it to all our friends and fellow Buckeye alums. This one individual has literally reversed this and flushed it down the toilette.

Worst place ever they were super rude charged me for every little thing and then the guy came out from behind the counter to charge me for my cup of water and see if they have bottles of water that I could close up I wanted a splash of lemonade he thought I did for my cup of water to put in my sons sippy cup and then he wanted me to throw it away absolutely the most ridiculous scenario I have ever been in a few other times I’ve been there with my brother and they were like Nazis about extra mayo we wanted craziest place ever the rudest worst customer service ever I probably spent close to $100 as I’m getting my water and a splash of lemonade he comes from behind the counter unbelievable I will never go back to this place Even though I absolutely love WG grinders and I went to Ohio State was drive a half hour out of my way not to go to the hard Road location

I love WG Grinders. Wife wnet to Hard Rd other day got carry out and it was horrible. Worst grinder sandwich ever had. Very very poorly made, soggy, SUPPOSE to be NO onions on sandwich had bits onion on it. Lettuce all wilted, tomatoe was really sad. Either Hard Rd does not have same standards as rest of restaurants or that employee juat doesn't care.

The open-faced pizza sub was really good. The cheddar Mac had literally no cheddar in it. Quite disappointing because that was the main reason I stopped in. Might want to change the sign to macaroni salad, imagine the cheddar.

Best Grinders in the world!!! They have the most amazing Heath Bar cookies. Best Reuben in town. And the 5-alarm chicken has great heat!!! And the kids meals are a steal!!

Deformity NOT as good as the one on West Broad in Columbus. Went there because it was closer and we wanted a particular soup. They didn't have it. Ovens were down so only certain menu items were available. Staff was nice and helpful but we found food to be meh...Cleanliness was also sub par for my taste we moved to 3 or 4 different tables due to them being sticky and wobbly. Bathrooms were fairly clean 8 out of 10 I ordered soup and they had no soup spoons just loose unpackaged small spoons,however an employee gave me a metal soup spoon upon request. I got tomato bisque because they wad all they had and pulled pork grinder. The grinder was pretty good although my wife thought it was too greasy. Over all I can't give it a better than a one rating. Kroger brand tomato bisque at the deli is much better. This location is a bust. Try west Broad you will have a better experience IMO.

Horrible sandwiches with zero effort put into making them. Waited forever just for the 2 oversized boys to deliver slack food while their mom ate behind the counter and some kid and her mom were playing behind the counter while everyone waited.

Great food most of the time, but don’t bother trying to place an order after 6pm they won’t answer the phone. The hours should be listed as such. Not til 7 when they actually close at 6 and instead of answering and saying “ hey we closed 45 minutes before 7” they just let it ring…. Dude behind counter who always wears the “veteran” hat typically has a less than stellar attitude. Literally been going there for 20+ years since the day it opened, so it’s infuriating how lazy it’s operated these days. If you quit taking orders at 6 THEN CLOSE AT 6!!!!!! After today they have lost a loyal customer.
I was pleasantly surprised at how excellent the sub was, better then any sub shops in columbus.

I got the penne marinara. The penne was twist macaroni and very overcooked. The chicken wasn't baked chicken on top of the pasta.Terrible.

We love the subs and cheddar mac salad. Been coming regularly for years. Reason for the bad review now is this place has been very dirty inside for awhile now. Restrooms are always disgusting, tables and floor area dirty, some of the employees (NOT the main guy) are rude, aggressive & just a little passive-nasty. And when those areas are dirty, imagine what the kitchen, food prep & overall sanitary practices are like by the employees. When I was in last week, there was a professional bug/insect/rodent company inside doing some work/inspection, which means some sort of “issue” was going on and now it’s easy to connect dots with the other dirty areas mentioned & how it’s likely related.
TLDR; a little grossed out and going to stay away for the foreseeable future due to the cleanliness lost appetite.
