The sides and salads are all very fresh. Love that there are healthy options, which seems hard to find at quick service places these days. The staff were all super friendly and quickly made my order. I hadn't had a turkey reuben in ages, so I was happy to see this location while on this side of town. Soooo good but also so messy, but totally worth it! This location also seems very clean.

If I could give zero stars I would. First the service was not good. The kids working didn’t seem to have any guidance or supervision. The food was just gross. We asked for extra mayo and they saturated our sandwiches so much I couldn’t even eat mine. The chicken tasted like it was old and stale and the “steak” sandwich is NOT actual steak. Just dross. The Italian was so soggy by the time we got home it was disgusting. What a waste of money and time. Do NOT eat here if you want something good to eat and good advice.

Love, Love, Love this place. Over thirty years and still love this place. One of my favorite things is is the stimpellini. However, I've yet to get anything from there that I don't like. You can't go wrong going here and specifically this location. Well it's nice. Though I've been to dozens around Columbus. Well there ain't dozens there I don't think but I've been to the one in Dublin and the one here but it doesn't make a difference where it is the food's good

I utilized them for a catered lunch. Ordering process was easy and the food was SUPERB!! Everyone at the office loved it. I am already looking forward to the next time I can order from them

8 long hours of treachery and road rage had really built an appetite!
Hungrily Driving down west broad I stumbled across a humble little shop known as W.G. Grinders.
As I entered I was hit with the most wonderful aroma and some of the friendliest faces I’ve seen in a while as well as a fun and funky vibe.
The real standout for me was the customer service I received, particularly the wonderful cashier.
I stumped on what to order had asked her to give me a recommendation. Eventually deciding on the Sicilian.
This was one of if not the best sandwich I’ve ever had, with the incredibly cooked bread and red pepper mayo elevating my sandwich experience to new heights.
This raises the bar. I will 100% be back again and recommend this shop to everyone I know.

I just wanted to make it clear that the employee the last comment was talking about was in her own conversation with a friend. She was nothing but respectful and never went behind the counter. Im not sure what gratification this man received but i hope they both have a good day and she is not effected.

Me and 5 other ate there on 4/26/25. Shortly after eating 4 of us got sick. 1 ended up at the hospital. After talking with someone that is associated with this place I hear that alot of people have been complaining about being sick after eating here. When i live in Columbus I used to eat here all the time. But not any more.
