I love grinders and I usually go to the one on west broad on my way home from work but today I was tired so I went home and ordered delivery and the Fishinger rd location was my only option. I ordered the same food I normally get at the west broad location which is a pulled pork grinder, cheddar Mac, Cole slaw, and a pickle. I tell you now that I will never order from this location again. The pork on the grinder was raw and had a lot of fat which made it inedible, the cheddar Mac was loaded with pepper that made it hard to eat, and the cole slaw tasted off as well. The only thing that tasted right was the pickle which was literally the only thing not prepared by the restaurant. I have literally never been so disappointed in a food order in my life. I’ve learned my lesson and will make sure I drive to the west broad location from now on.

My friend and i ordered 2 original Italian grinders. We assumed it came with sauce since this exact sandwich could be made anywhere else in the world without sauce, I chose this place for the SAUCE. Ruined my friends first grinder sandwich because it tasted bland and not pleasing in any way. Why? They say it doesn't come with it, but all the others do. Don't get it to go. You won't know you have an inedible item if you don't bite into it while you're there. It should come with a warning otherwise.

This place is horrible. I ordered a sub platter the bread was pail and the Italian subs didn't have all the fixing on the sandwiches. I asked the employee about it she just basically said not my problem, handed me raw onions and walked away. I will not eat at this location again. This place is not the original WG Grinders.

The phrase "you get what you pay for" can be good, or it can be bad. But no matter what, it should always be true. Unfortunately the Turkey Club that my wife ordered was made without the lettuce and tomato. It was a very disappointing discovery upon getting home, and the sandwich was less enjoyable as a result. I ordered the Spicy Chicken. It had heat but not really a good heat. The Cajun spices didn't do it for me. In fairness, the lady at the register was pleasant, and their bread is good. However the contents within the bread don't deliver the goods.

Had a couple ok experiences used to be one of my favorites back in the day. I ordered chicken noodle and saw them pull a case of Progresso out and microwave it in a Styrofoam cup....the other time half the insides of my sub were missing like no meat or veggies just on half the sub? Was refunded for sub. Go to hard rd or w broad this is not a good location

Place a order for a birthday party. Had te food delivered through Grubhub. The order was missing food, some of the food that was delivered was not what we ordered. Some of the people at the birthday party did not have enough to eat because the missing items. The food arrived a hour late.When we tired to contact the resturant directly they were closed at 7PM on a Saturday night. VERY BAD CHOICE to buy food through this location.

Placed an order online which clearly stated no veggies on subs and tons of veggies on subs! Live an hour away and now kids have no dinner because the subs REEK of strong onions. $30 in the trash. Called back in and owners were to return my call today to try to resolve the issue, but nope! Calked again and no answer. Don't waste your money or time here. Go to West Broad - never an issue there. This is no way to run a business and is negative to the Grinders reputation. Really tired of not getting what I paid for!
