This is my go to Waffle House in Columbus. Best staff best service consistent customer I go at least least once if not 2 to 3 times a week. My Atlanta native girlfriend also says it’s the best in the city so if you like Waffle House come here.
We were some Hispanic people eating and some of us waiting to be sit ,they started to played the song ice ice baby and two of the servers started to dance , singing and laughing ,for our community is not funny they were making funny of our people I have my documents but some our people doesn’t I prefer avoid that place for the future.

Went this past Friday with a group of 8. We were in from out of town and we don’t have WH in our home state. Location closes for carryout only at 11:30pm on this particular Friday. We arrived at 11pm and they warmly welcomed us in. Food arrives quickly and accurately. We were very pleased with the friendly staff and prompt service. Place could use a bit of a cleaning/update inside but it certainly didn’t detract from our enjoyment. Good experience, thank you
My daughter and I are in from out of town visiting family, and this Waffle House location is filthy. The floors are dirty, the tables are dirty and the customer service is lacking. We sat down, skeptically as the dirty floors were an immediate turn off. Once the waitress gets to the table, we asked her if she minded sweeping around our table, and she got smart and said “yall gone have to get up so I can sweep”. Don’t get upset with the customer for wanting to dine in a clean restaurant. That place needs to be deep cleaned and mopped. Nobody wants to eat and look at filth at the same time. I will not be back.

DIRTY. Everything was dirty. It was dirty under every single table, dirty under the bar stools. We asked the waiter to sweep it from under our table and with an attitude she told us to get up. We just left and went to the Westerville location. The Westerville location was SPOTLESS, and the service was great. This location on Cassidy was utterly Disgusting.
