One of the cleaner waffle houses I’ve been to. Food was prepared well, and the service was astounding. Shay you are an absolute sweetheart! Thanks for brightening my day.The only complaint would be for Waffles House itself, you should have French vanilla creamer. No big deal, it would just be nice if you did.

Food was well enjoyed after a day of travel. Our waitress was fun and efficient!!
When i entered i requested a table even though i was alone. (I don't like to sit practically elbow to elbow with strangers) I was still offered a seat at the counter. I told greeter Ill wait for a table. They wouldn't clear off a table for 4 since I was alone. I had to wait 15min for a smaller table to open up then get cleaned off. Price, food, and service was good but bacon was coated in oil and biscuits were edible but not yummy like I hoped.

Never in my life have I ever been treated like this. It was busy all the booths were full only two seats left at the counter. So me and my husband and son sat down on the chairs near the door so wait for a seat to open. A woman came up and told us to sit at the counter. My son is 3 there was TWO chairs. I told her we wanted to wait for a table or booth. She told me that I needed to wait outside because no one was leaving anytime soon. As I was getting my son back in to the car, I saw 2 different family’s leave. This is crazy to me. Why couldn’t we wait in the chairs that’s for waiting customers. I believe she was upset we didn’t want to sit in her section. Is this normal behavior for this establishment? Will not be coming back. Also to add we were not rude, my son was quite we had not even been in the building 2 minutes.
I am only giving five stars because our server was an absolute ray of sunshine and made my day. Her name was Juanita. Seriously excellent service.
