07/10/2025 - First time visiting this Waffle House and the experience was great. I ordered the Texas Toast with bacon, egg and cheese and smothered hashbrowns and a coffee. It always hits the spot. The service was great. My server was professionally prompt and friendly. Restaurant was nice and clean. Parking out front. Decent prices.

Our server was just terrible. She was on her phone the entire time to the point a customer that sat down and waited to have his order taken gets up and leaves 5min later as she just sat there on her phone. Then after he leaves she brings over a cup of water and sat it at his table. SMH...She did not greet us appon walking to the table I had to acknowledge her. I sat their waiting for my drink to be refilled that was sitting at the edge of the table. She walked by a total of 4 times stood behind me at the empty table on her phone passed by again and still never offered to refill. She just continued being on her phone.. I do not want anything free or an apology. I juat want to be heard about the situation and have you aware of how poor of a server she is. And would like someone to go over the footage and see what im talking about. I did not start any confrontation i just paid my bill without tip and walked out. In my opinion she should not be there serving customers she is not good at it and loosing you customers.
There are no Waffle Houses in Michigan so when I see one I usually dont miss the opportunity. In my experience WH has been hit or miss. Let me say, this one was a hit! The waitress was quiet but very attentive in keeping my coffee and the kids drinks full. The food was served fresh, hot and tasty.
I will never compare WH to a 5star restaraunt, but this was definately a 5star waffle house!

As a huge Waffle House fan, this location truly stands out because of the staff. They provided excellent service that was quick and efficient. My server has greater things ahead should he get the opportunity.

I don't know if by saying I don't remember the server's name or the cook's name. But I went there at about 3:15 today and it's got a little meal. But both the server and to cook were both amazing and very polite. She was a young mixed lady and he was a tall African man. They were so polite. The food was so good and the store was so clean. I don't write a lot of reviews, but I definitely felt better than needed that. Tell him I said thank you again
