My boyfriend, my friend and I went into Waffle House about 2am. Immediately service was terrible, lady didn’t come to us to order our food or drinks for almost 25 min of us being there with less than 10 people in the restaurant. The cook Ronnie Was mad about how busy of a day she had and she was complaining about it being very very vocal. Cursing in front of the house screaming at making it very apparent that she was upset the guy who was supposed to come in and cook after her she was calling him on the phone cursing them out to get there. you walk in, nobody greets you. They totally ignore you when you sit for 10 plus minutes. They sit on the counter and cuss and laugh ignoring customers.
I understand short staffed, I do not understand rudeness and horrible customer service.
