I’ve always had friendly staff at any Waffle House but this one, she was cold and rude. Food was fine-ish. It was edible.

Only reason I put four stars for service is because of our waitress Jessica. She was so lovely immediately greeting us as we entered. The past couple of times we’ve came it’s been the same people. The usual woman cooking didn’t get her name but she always does amazing and makes the food so good. The other 2 “ waitresses” white lady with red hair and a middle aged black woman never greet us and are always sitting down. They go into the bathroom multiple times. Poor Jessica was bussing 4 tables by herself while the other two sat or either went out to smoke or again go into the bathroom. Basically Jessica is the “All Star Special” She went above and beyond at 5:00 in the morning. Asked us multiple times if we needed anything or if we were okay. Extremely polite and sweet. She deserves a raise ❤️ wished we could have tipped more for her.

Usually go here once a week but tonight we had a new server. Not sure what her name is but maybe it's Madi. Wears glasses, redhead I think. Took her almost 20 minutes just to get our drink order, dropping plates fast and didnt even ask or check up on us. Will rate 5 star if someone talks to her. If you're having a bad day dont make it a bad experience for the customer.
