We order fries, our burger, chicken tenders and sweet potato tots for $32.00. the fries is a mix of under cooked and overcooked, its not fresh and some are tough like when you refried a cook fries. The burger i got is not bad and the chicken tenders are lil bit cold in the middle. The sweet potato is same with french fries. The service is slow, i was standing for 10 mins before someone talk to me to say he will take my order shortly. It took almost 40 mins from the time i was standing in the cashier to get my food. I dont recommend this food chain.

Patty Melt was very good. But I strongly suggest immediately firing whoever came up with the Onion Rings! Those are not Onion Rings. Those are thinly sliced onions barely tossed in flower and under fried. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel! Do better!

Most pathetic onion rings I’ve ever seen. Super slow service, but cashier was friendly. Pretty sure they just gave us crispy onions for the top of a burger and called them onion rings.

The burgers my husband and I received were cool and tasted terrible. The fries were cold and sent back, they put in microwave to reheated them instead of making new fries. Employees were talking with each other and not taking care of customers…… I was very disappointed and will never buy from them again. And was expensive for terrible food….. DH

Ordered just a plain hamburger patty. While it tasted great. They tried to give it to me with a bun. Which I can’t eat. Then they charged me $11 for a plain hamburger patty. I will never eat here again. Wow.

Disappointed. Was wanting to take my daughter to get a Wahlburger, but it is in the middle of a casino! Why would a casino design restaurants in a restricted area and not have a separate outside entrance. So now she is upset.
i was the second person to order in a group of 6, with 3 other people behind us. i was the last to receive my order after everyone was done eating, including the 3 people behind my group of 6, i was still waiting on my burger and fries , and the employees were just standing there on their phones , and when i finally received my order the burger was correct but i received about 10 tater tots when i paid for truffle fries.

Want to start of by saying the food here is delicious. My burgers are always hot and juicy. Very very good. I also would like to say that I came here around noon and this young lady Chaunda was working by herself, it seemed a bit busy. She was running back & forth and a lady was getting impatient and started yelling about her food, when will it be ready. This woman was so entitled and rude. When her food came out the nice young lady brought it to her and she yells at her again saying you almost spilled my drink on the tray. She then yells out about how she is going to write a review and blah blah. I shook my head and told Chaunda she is doing a wonderful job and not let people get to her. She is always so nice. Thank you again for the great experience everytime I come here.

Normally I don't have a bad experience when I come here. When I came here on 12/29/2024 Chonda S who waited was nice when I ordered but when I went to get my food she slid the tray so fast to me that the pop almost fell over and when I said thank you she had a major attitude like she was mad.

We decided to stop in to try the burger out of curiosity. It was a very bad idea. Unbeknownst to us we got there about 20 minutes prior to closing. We placed our order for a burger, fries and a salad, after about 20 minutes of waiting we asked how long was it going to be for the order, a lady who called herself the manager told us that the burgers were made to order and we overheard another worker respond that perhaps we should have went to McDonald's. Why in the hell should it take 25 minutes for one burger? there were two people ahead of us and we struck up a conversation with one gentleman who told us he had been waiting 25 minutes for his order which was just a burger. So due to the length of the wait and the rudeness of the staff we demanded our money back. Had I read the reviews before visiting your establishment we never would have went in the first place good luck staying open.

Fries were cold and tough hamburger was barely warm four girls working front around the cash register area three on their phones or staring at the guy in the kitchen cooking while the other guy in the kitchen was staring at him also. Customers were not number one had to wait 20 minutes for our food. I had to listen to the guy beside us talking about I hope they get my order right this time which stressed me out, wondering if our food was gonna be correct which it wasn’t .Hamburger tasted like a salt bomb will not go back. Terrible experience. I would have been better off going to any other fast food restaurant than what I got here at Wahlberg’s.
