We toured the distillery, then had dinner. There were six of us. We all had a drink in the bar before the tour. The tour was extremely interesting and informative. The guide was very knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommend. We then went to the restaurant for dinner. Service was fast and very friendly. The food was amazing.
We really enjoyed Watershed Kitchen. The service, food and cocktails (man the cocktails!) were so good. The menu doesn't have a lot of items and most are not very "traditional" but everything was DELICIOUS! I had the burger and my husband enjoyed the Porterhouse. Can't wait to go back! The "Choose your Own Adventure" cocktail menu was FUN!

The food was unique and deliciously memorable! The drinks and their menu were creative and whimsical. The service was absolutely fabulous. We very much appreciated the chance to taste different options before buying a bottle. We settled on the apple brandy but we will be back for the bottled in bond and chamomile gin! The decor was such a great blend of natural and industrial elements. It gave the feeling of a gourmet restaurant and a relaxed intimate gathering space all at once....read full review
