Wellness Forum Foods has a variety of grab-and-go foods along with a store in which you can purchase ingredients, cookbooks, and lotions and shampoos. Everything is vegan and delicious! Best is the cooking classes that they periodically do; I attended one tonight on picnic foods. We watched the preparation of several different picnic-y items and had a full meal sampling everything that was made... and we were given the recipes to take home. I highly recommend Wellness Forum Foods!
The instructors are wonderfully helpful. I appreciated that they gave gentle pointed instruction to me during class as a newcomer to yoga. It was very helpful for them to call me by name and give ideas to help correct my posture and poses to ensure the best success. Everyone has been incredibly positive and encouraging. Very relaxing atmosphere. Hot! ; )

A little difficult to find the first time in the dark (it is behind the building visible from E Wilson Bridge). Awesome and welcoming staff. I am newer to Yoga but both instructors helped me modify easily.
