I usually come here almost daily on my way to work and even though it is busy and the workers seem frantic, I usually dont have a problem. Today they asked me to pull over to wait for a fry, 6 piece nugget and a small frosty and told me I would have fresh fries. They gave me a vanilla frosty istead of a chocolate and gave me half of a fry. I took the fry in and one of the workers basically told me I was a liar and that she had more fries than what I gave back. Why would I bother walking in for a fry if I was lying? Terrible service, hopefully they can hire better people in the near future. You cant even get what you paid for. If you dont want to work at wendys, no one is making you.

Went in stood in line for over 15 mins no one came to the counter to say anything or to help us this was the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to there was no hustle none of them had any motivation to help us at all terrible place to eat I would not bother to stop here cause they will act like ur a ghost and won’t get to u quick I ended up leaving and go somewhere else for food

If I could give this place negative stars I would. First off the place is disgusting. Water all over by the counter and soda machine, literally so much you can't walk near it. The workers are so RUDE!!! None of them want to work, god forbid taking a food order is just too much for them. Gives you drinks with no ice, then when you ask for ice they just give you blank stares like you're stupid for asking. Idk how this business isn't shut down.
Tells us we can't get refills while we're DINING IN.
It's a disgrace.

I ordered 58 dollars worth of food and they got everything right except a few things but the things they messed up was like come on now like how you mix up a pineapple mango lemonade with a regular lemonade then how I order 3 takis meal one bag did not get a bag of takis and they didn’t put the cheese on the sandwich so pretty much a really dry spicy chicken sandwich is what we had like I said small stuff that didn’t make sense to mess up I’m convinced it was on purpose I guess you have to go way out to get the sandwich made the way it’s supposed to cause what I had in grandview didnt taste like this nor looked like this Wendy’s do better I’m disappointed

I dined in. The place was not busy at all. However, the place was probably one of the dirtiest restaurants I've been to in a really long time. My feet were either sticking to the floor or I was sliding from i think a layer of grease. I could see back into the kitchen and it was very dirty as well. I talked to two employees and neither of them smiled or even friendly. This spot needs all new managers. I won't be back to this location.

This Wendy’s need new management or a whole new crew the night crew is even worse I ate there in person and order threw the drive-thru and my experience has been terrible especially for my children when they are looking forward to they’re kids meals also they really don’t care about you on doordash they make your food any kind of way

All employees are rude. Poor customer service. Can't find ketchup while dining in. Can't get an employee to get you any. Can't order at the counter have to use the 1out of 3 kiosk that work. Floors are sticky and restrooms are disgusting

The employees are disrespectful and unprofessional. My orders are almost always wrong. They're always out of something let them tell it, so getting what you wanted is hit or miss. They should consider closing this location down or hire more competent/considerate employees. I'm officially done with buying any wendy's anymore
