Service was slow in the drive-through once i got to the first window the young lady and another gentleman who look like potentially the manager was too busy complaining about the car in front of me. Once I received my food are fries were cold and my Bacon Nader sandwich was missing the bacon.

There were locks on the bathroom doors where you needed a code.. yikes

I wish I could share details on their food, but unfortunately despite their posted hours being listed as until 2 AM when we arrived in the drive thru at 1:25 we were told it was door dash pick up only and we’re not allowed to order.

The food is hot and good, the store is clean. However, the young lady there have handing out food for lunch today (10/4/25) is not happy to be at work trust and it shows. From her obvious annoyance at the man asking if she spoke Spanish, annoyed at people needing the restroom, annoyed at people ordering at your counter, but on top of all that there’s not even communication, outside of spouting out the door code numbers. No thank you for coming or anything similarly cordial. If you love Wendy’s, just past this one. There’s more to working at a restaurant, including fast food, then just getting the food out fast.

I usually come here almost daily on my way to work and even though it is busy and the workers seem frantic, I usually dont have a problem. Today they asked me to pull over to wait for a fry, 6 piece nugget and a small frosty and told me I would have fresh fries. They gave me a vanilla frosty istead of a chocolate and gave me half of a fry. I took the fry in and one of the workers basically told me I was a liar and that she had more fries than what I gave back. Why would I bother walking in for a fry if I was lying? Terrible service, hopefully they can hire better people in the near future. You cant even get what you paid for. If you dont want to work at wendys, no one is making you.

Your night-time manager is sooooo rude. I do uber eat. He made me wait 10 car line, he can give me order and let me I do my job. He didn't let me pick up Uber eat order.
