I placed my order 10 mins ahead of time through the Wendy's app. When I arrived there were only 3 cars in the drivethru and 2 customers in the lobby. They didn't even start making my food till 10-15 minutes after I arrived (20-25 mins after I placed the order). I watched car after car after car get their order. this has happened multiple times. My fries were hot but everything else was just sitting in a bag on the counter getting cold. Poor customer service. Poor quality of product. Poor communication. I stood at the front of the counter for 10 minutes before any employee even spoke to me about my order. If I would have known at the start that it was going to take that long to get cold food I would have just had them cancel the order. In that amount of time I could have driven to a handful of other locations and got hot food much faster.

I have went to this location twice and it was not busy. Each time when I got home with my order it wasn't correct. When you get to the window after paying for an order it seems like they are too busy BSing than paying attention to what the customer ordered. Will definitely not ever go to this Wendy's location again.

Hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.. I ordered a frosty and they gave me one that was completely melted and warm. The guy who took my money slammed the door in my face after I paid and I ordered a chili and they told me at the window they don’t have any spoons….I’m in awe of the rudeness and incompetence.A separate time I ordered a baked potato and didn’t tell me til after I ordered that they had no butter or sour cream. This is the worst service I ever had in my life with people who have the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Made a pick up order when I went in the employee was gathered talking to each other the one girl who help said she double checked the order it all was there one of our sandwich’s was not there the food was cold the fries was old it was a very bad 50$ spent to me this location is just as bad as the other one on a high st.
