I ordered 2 meals over Ubeareats, but only received 1 meal. We did not receive a burger with fries. I called twice to try to talk to the manager, but the phone rang for a while then the call was ended. This is the third time in a row that I have ordered wendys from this address and I didn't receive what I ordered.

Doors were locked at 5:30pm. Had to go through drive thru 3 times to get the correct sandwich. Put my bacon on the bottom. Older gentleman kept interrupting while his employee was trying to take my order. Food was got it but service was not good at all. Wouldn’t recommend going to this location if you want good service.

This place was not fast, for “fast food”. It took me 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. Then the quality and quantity of food was less than unimpressive. Not to mention the Baconator Fries were pathetic, the “Frosty Cream Cold Brew” was not creamy or cold. In fact, it was warm, with melting ice, and chalky. Nothing of which was described in the all in the poorly designed description. Lastly, my small frosty, was the size of what the junior frosty used to be a few years ago. Shrink-flation, Reduced Quality and Quantity, and Blatantly Falsly Advertising “Cold Brew” when it’s clearly not. I will not be going here again.

Bathrooms are not available to paying customers. This is not acceptable especially to those of us who may really need to wash our hands before eating. And sometimes the only chance we get to use a bathroom is on lunch.

Straight up heat for a Wendy's. Most other Wendy's are hit or miss. This one was delicious. Perfectly seasoned slightly crunchy fries, fresh bun, fresh veggies on the burger, mayo was tasty as well. Quick service too. Very pleased
Went there to get a frosty and water had to use the bathroom employee who is not a manager told me restrooms are for employees only he was very rude and disrespectful this is not the first time I have had a run in with this employee. I asked to speak to a manager and he refuse to get me one.

Terrible drive thru attendant… was there for a pickup, he tells me to get inside, and when I tried, the doors were locked and he refused to give me the order… he was like a robot, did not understand me nor did he bother answering any of my concerns. Pathetic! Never again back there..

No longer Wendy's. It's Ohio State Pizza and Deli. The one on Indianola and Hudson (North Campus) is horrible and has been for decades. Only reason it's in existence is because they will sell alcohol to minors and deliver it. Try this out at your own risk. Don't reply to this comment on here, OSP&D. If you survive this location, that'll say what you hope it says. I give the place anywhere from 5 to 20 years before it closes up shop.
