This place was not fast, for “fast food”. It took me 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. Then the quality and quantity of food was less than unimpressive. Not to mention the Baconator Fries were pathetic, the “Frosty Cream Cold Brew” was not creamy or cold. In fact, it was warm, with melting ice, and chalky. Nothing of which was described in the all in the poorly designed description. Lastly, my small frosty, was the size of what the junior frosty used to be a few years ago. Shrink-flation, Reduced Quality and Quantity, and Blatantly Falsly Advertising “Cold Brew” when it’s clearly not. I will not be going here again.

Bathrooms are not available to paying customers. This is not acceptable especially to those of us who may really need to wash our hands before eating. And sometimes the only chance we get to use a bathroom is on lunch.

Straight up heat for a Wendy's. Most other Wendy's are hit or miss. This one was delicious. Perfectly seasoned slightly crunchy fries, fresh bun, fresh veggies on the burger, mayo was tasty as well. Quick service too. Very pleased

Went there to get a frosty and water had to use the bathroom employee who is not a manager told me restrooms are for employees only he was very rude and disrespectful this is not the first time I have had a run in with this employee. I asked to speak to a manager and he refuse to get me one.

Terrible drive thru attendant… was there for a pickup, he tells me to get inside, and when I tried, the doors were locked and he refused to give me the order… he was like a robot, did not understand me nor did he bother answering any of my concerns. Pathetic! Never again back there..

Literally my first time coming here and I had a barcode thing to scan and the lady in the window was being super rude and just seemed like she wanted to get me out the drive thru. Anyway, I get it scanned after telling her literally what it was and it didnt work prolly because one of the sandwiches was in a meal. Instead of fixing it she just said the same amount back and just grabbed the money out my girlfriends hand, VERY RUDE, anyway I sat there and demanded a refund which im pretty sure she didnt even give me the right amount back. Afterwards was reading reviews and saw that they brag about spitting in peoples food. This woman was like you all sure you don't want anything at all, I am super super glad I refused and will NOT ever be back here
