Literally my first time coming here and I had a barcode thing to scan and the lady in the window was being super rude and just seemed like she wanted to get me out the drive thru. Anyway, I get it scanned after telling her literally what it was and it didnt work prolly because one of the sandwiches was in a meal. Instead of fixing it she just said the same amount back and just grabbed the money out my girlfriends hand, VERY RUDE, anyway I sat there and demanded a refund which im pretty sure she didnt even give me the right amount back. Afterwards was reading reviews and saw that they brag about spitting in peoples food. This woman was like you all sure you don't want anything at all, I am super super glad I refused and will NOT ever be back here

The last three times I have eaten here I get asked while I'm ordering by people in the lobby to buy them food. Apparently the staff think that's acceptable because it happens consistently.
I am disabled with a broken back. All handicapped spaces were full, so I tried to park in the second to the last spot. I put my car in park, then this city employee drove over the curb onto the grass and parked. He was so close I couldn't open my door. I rolled down my window and said to him how do you expect me to get out of my car. His response was Lady learn how to park. He went inside and got his lunch and was inside 37 mins. How rude and lacking any type of manners. And to think our tax dollars pay this guy. ❤️

This should be so shameful I can't even give them one star rating I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and this is what I got two pieces of chili meat with cheese and ketchup on a bun as if screwing up the order is it mess up enough they're going to give me old meat

Hudson avenue store 2nd shift employees are rude and are very judgemental of the clientele that live around the area and frequent the establishment.
I will say however that first shift crew ( morning) are delightful

restaurants in Ohio are legally required to provide restrooms for customers. According to Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) 3717-1-06.1, food service operations must provide toilet facilities for customers that are:
1. Conveniently located and accessible to customers during all business hours
2. Clean and in good repair
3. Provided with appropriate supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, hand-drying facilities)
This restaurant doesn't provide this. The restroom was locked and staff had been instructed to refuse access.
I informed them that it was a legal requirement and asked again and they still refused.
The staff also made it clear that this is an anti-homeless measure.
Kid-friendliness: This is a bad neighborhood and I wouldn't bring my kids here again for sure
