This is the closest wendy's to us, and most convenient.
This location has repeatedly used the 4oz pattied on our Dave's double instead of the 6oz patties they are supposed to.
I've worked at wendy's for 3 years myself and am lucky to have had some good co-workers and management that made my time with the company memorable.
I'm unsure if this is management having not trained employees properly or just some mistake that conveniently keeps happening with our drive thru AND doordash ordered on many occasions.
I do not appriciate being ripped off this way, especially when wendy's continues to get more and more expensive.

I believe this started sometime mid 2024. It' happened when my husband has ordered a double baconator as well, but we gave benefit of doubt assuming they hot it confused with the son of baconator. But this is consistently a problem with any double ordered.
Sandwhich prep crew either is untrained, or this is a cash grab from management to save some cash and they tell their workers to do this.

Although I appreciate the effort of them to bring me my fries and sauce to work that they forgot, I think I am officially done with this location. Several coworkers and I eat at this location because it’s close to work but every time we do there is something missing from our order. Today it was my fries and sauce and my coworkers sauce but before there was missing food as well, another time I was charged for someone else’s order I just can’t justify continuing to eat here

Spent 23.00 on food stated order a 10 piece nugget they gave me a 4 piece when I went in stated need to see my food so at this restaurant customer word isn't good and since the money produced at this restaurant should not go towards mgr service very poor plus I think there is health issues with this business. I contacted corporations, health dept and federal consumer protection against this business this business needs to close and I will try too do so

Always thought wendys was a cut above but after reading they're shutting down 140 locations in Ohio but refuses to say which is really dirty to the employees that work for them wendys that will shut down, Dave would be disappointed in this move it's one thing to need to close locations its another to not give people a chance to find another job, never again will I spend a dime at wendys becoming another heartless corporation machine that doesn't care about nothing but profits good job wendys
