I ordered 4 Cinnabons through DoorDash, and I was a little worried about the freshness ordering after 8pm. I was so surprised when they arrived, as they were clearly freshly made. I called and asked for the manager to show my gratitude. I spoke with the manager Juanell (so sorry if I misspelled that). Again thank you so much!!!

Everytime I come here to get a chicken bacon croissant sandwich it never has bacon on it. Which I don't understand because bacon is in the title. I order the same thing literally everytime I come. It's always the same people which makes the problem even worse. They obviously dont care about great customer service and making sure orders are correct. I just dont understand It's been a good 30+ times. Also that Latino lady that works there always has a attitude that works in the a.m.

last week I had the best baconator of my life here I was licking my fingers n picking up crumbs off the paper. it was so good I wish I could go back in time and re-live the experience of eating it every single day

It's Wendy's service and atmosphere are so-so it's definitely a working class one
I ordered a baconator, and when i got home it had one half strip of bacon, one slice of cheese, and the thinnest amount of mayo and ketchup I've seen.. Are they rationing or something? The burger itself wasnt terrible, but it's not a baconator at all. Not worth 12 dollars.

When you call ahead to make sure the frosty machine is working and the manager says 'yes' and you explain you'll need 7, he says 'we'll see you when you get here'....just to be told it's not working when you show up 20 minutes later. The employee stated it just quit. Sure it did.

I used the drive thru. Service was quick. I came at the beginning of lunch.. I ordered a large Chili with cheese and onions and the hot sauce and a potato. I looked into the NEATLY packed bag and went back to work. At lunch I prepared to eat my favorite lunch. THERE WAS NO HOT SAUCE!!! I lOVE Wendy's Chili with hot Sauce😟😭
