Very good for fast food standards, especially the cheaper items on the menu which are much better than other chains' similar products. The service in this restaurant is hard working, efficient and usually friendly. The restaurant is clean and well stocked.

They are implementing new AI technology order taking that is really stressing all the employees out. Everyone seemed very stressed and unorganized, all leading down to the AI order taking. Please take better care of your workers.

Dimarkai that works in the drive thru had a nasty attitude. Huffing and Puffing like he was irritated. If you don’t like your job why you there? Bad customer service. Wouldn’t want him to make my food sorry not sorry.

Do not ever eat here they will tell you to pull up and be outside waiting for 30 plus minutes for your food
Breakfast baconator slightly larger than a white castle burger. A single piece of bacon certainly does not deserve the title bacon actor. Staff very loud with inappropriate discussions. Just terrible.

Our total was $13.56. I handed a young cashier $20.06. She said it's .56 and I said yes, this makes it $13.50 so I get two quarters back. I'm guessing she can't do simple math. Slammed my change in my hand losing a dollar in the process. Manager said she was new. Disrespectful service with no brains to boot.

Absolutely horrible! Of the three drive thru screens, only one and a half worked. Went inside and had to wait on 5 door dash orders before I could attempt to place my order. Once I got up to the register, the workers could care less about taking my order. After waiting for another moment and seeing the amount of flies on the food, I walked out.

Another Wendy's that probably should close down. Many times we've experienced problems here but I must say today takes the cake. Went to this Wendy's in the evening about 9:30 and after sitting in the drive thru for about 20 minutes ( no lie) we get up to order and then wait another 5 minutes because we were told one moment. Then when worker comes back on and says how can I help you, my husband starts to order only to be told, after a long pause, they're only taking online and door dash orders. We were so confused so after we have her repeat what she said we obviously just leave. This place is such a joke. At least once a week their system is down and they can't take orders, or they only have fries. And idk if they're feeding a rat or what but as we were sitting in line we kept seeing a rat run out from behind a fence and then run back. Whatever such a nasty lazy place. Raising Cane's got our money instead.

Their drive thru no matter what time of day is always out to the street. How about because they were short staff they closed the inside down making it more difficult. I had to wait a long time to get food that was cold

Didn't give me my drink I had to ask for it then started to leave and realized they didn't give me my frosty so bad to turn back around for that. There was no apologies for the inconvenience either.

Possibly the worst Wendy's in the city. They closed the one next to me and this is the next closest one. Food has been overcooked, missing items, takes forever to get food. Just all around bad. If you do delivery, it can take over an hour to get picked up.

Recently my kids and I went here and it was unfortunately not a great experience. It was around 645-7 pm when we got there, there were no customers inside but there was 1 car in the drive through.
We started ordering but as we were ordering the cashier was needed elsewhere. She apologized and I understand they're busy (there were door dash orders coming in faster than they could pull receipts off the printer) but it took forever to get my order placed. I had 2 coupons as well but they only allow one coupon at a time, and the whole reason we went was to use coupons, so I had to wait again.
The restaurant seemed short staffed, which, again, I understand. Post-covid world hits everything. But it seemed like it hadn't been deep cleaned forever, there was a level of ick that made me order to-go instead of dine-in.
I don't like rating anything less than 4 stars usually unless I have a dangerous or terrible experience where I feel someone is malicious, cruel, racist, or just otherwise awful. The staff at this Wendy's were none of those things. The two folks I actually interacted with were courteous, helpful, and kind. They were just in a situation that made it seem like they were over-worked and over capacity. While there my kid also needed to use the restroom, which had just one toilet (which was clogged).
And, unfortunately, both of our orders ended up having errors. And because we got to-go, we didn't discover them until we got home, by which point there was just no way we were going back. I love Wendy's, I have since I was a kid, but this was just not a great customer experience. Despite watching multiple new batches of fries being made, the ones we had were cold and seemed like they had been cooked way before. The burger toppings were wrong on all 4 burgers. They were out of juice boxes for the kids meal. My oldest got two spicy nuggets in his plain nuggets (this is a problem for him).
And because of the level of busy, it took almost 25 minutes from when we walked in to when we walked out with our food to go. At that point we had spent so much time we just ran into the sunk-cost issue and wanted to see it through.
Again, I can't say anything bad about the people we interacted with but they need more support. This is really a bad customer experience overall.
