I lived near here, so the location was convenient, but I've never had a good experience at this location. Really slow service, running out of ingredients, etc. I used to drive to Gahanna instead even though the was down the street.

I only have 30 minutes for lunch any given day. I asked for a simple combo, and from entering the building to FINALLY being given my food, i had waited 20 minutes. And they weren't even remotely busy. The staff here is disjointed and easily distracted by one another and all around lacking when it comes to proper customer service.

Do not go in! The inside register is in charge online orders so after waiting 10 minutes as the only one in line I was told no one would take my order for a while longer… I went trough the drive thru and had my order in 3 minutes as the 4th person in line…

order is never right. tonight went to get food, was told they were only taking doordash orders from drivers so they could catch up. truly a complete waste of time.

Sat in the drive through for at least more than thirty minutes. People before us received their food first, and walk-ins that came way after us also received their food first. Last time my family and I will EVER enjoy Wendy’s again. Terrible service. It’s a shame the food quality doesn’t match the service quality. Train your employees better.

Walked up and a worker was smoking out front, came inside and took my order. When he handed me my bag of food, the bag smelled like heavy Black and Mild cigar smoke ..smh I threw my food away outside and will never return. Charging that $14 to the Game

I’ve given this Wendy’s multiple chances—both through DoorDash and in person—and they never seem to get the order right. Something is always missing or incorrect, no matter what I order or how simple it is. The food itself is fine when it’s right, but the consistency and attention to detail just aren’t there. If you order from here, just be prepared that something will probably be wrong

I walked in the lobby. None of the employees I saw were wearing anything from Wendy's itself. There was one customer off to the side waiting for his order. Nobody else was at the front of the store. I was never greeted, spoken to, or acknowledged in any way I could register. After five minutes of being ignored, I went elsewhere.
