Go to this one all the time because it is close. However most of the employees are great but there are a few that should not be working in the service industry of any kind. They are so rude and disrespectful I am amazed they are still employed there

Just had an odd experience, ordered a mocha latte , paid, the line went quickly but when I pulled up was handed a napkin straw and a spoon. Not cool man ?. The girl came back eventually but I dddid have to explain.
