I made a mobile purchase, once i went in to receive it i was told it didn't go through despite the fact that they could see it. I was told i'd receive a refund in 2-3 days so i reordered the exact same thing. I was lied to and still ended up paying for one meal i never received. it was 9.22 not the end of the world but the delay, the denial and the lie had me upset but finding a long brunette hair in my Junior bacon cheese burger is why ill never go back there and will likely remove their app. I'm not a fan of lies and i have a serious issue with hair I almost got sick there.

This is hands-down, the best Wendy’s in all of Columbus. I eat here pretty much every day for lunch and I’ve never had a bad experience. All the employees are extremely nice. The manager is awesome and the food has never been bad. I wish all fast food restaurants would take notes from this establishment. Keep doing what you’re doing and I’m gonna keep eating here every day for lunch!

The baked potato was really good, however the asiago chicken was not. It tasted like they changed brands and this chicken is no good. It was hard and very dry.

Was told they couldn’t do my burger without a bun. Because “we don’t have that anymore”. Apparently, their burgers are premade and microwaved idk.
I like Wendy's for a quick on the go lunch when I only have a few minutes break during the middle of the work day. The kids meal with 4 chicken nuggets, fries and a small drink actually works for me! Its only like $5, even better :)
