Service is great, morning window lady is quick and nice but I found a roach in my food this time ? it was alive and was a baby. I know it came from Wendy's because it was literally stuck inbetween the lid and the cup lip. I won't be returning.

Basic, the actual 'dining' area is very dated, but I would expect not to be used due to such a dominant influence of 'drivethru'... They usually get "meat and chees only", the words, wrong and still add the sauce, lettuce/ pickles/ tomatoes some times... 'Bacon' confuses MOST of the cashiers, like 'yes, it's a meat too'...

I love Wendy's, but on this particular day, the wait for drive-through was very long. I had to get out of line and come in and place my order. There was no line inside but inconvenience.

I stopped on my way home from work to get 2 Cobb salads and 2 medium chocolate Frostys. I ordered extra dressing for both salads, and the order confirmation screen showed that I ordered 3 dressings for each salad. I received bo receipt after I paid for my food. I didn't stay at the pickup window and look in the bag, and sure enough, when I got home with my order there were no dressings in the bag at all. I called the restaurant to express my disappointment and I could not understand the man who answered the phone so I just hung up. I guess I have to remember to sit at the pickup window and thoroughly check my order regardless of how much it holds up everyone else.

This Wendy's was open late, lobby open til 11pm, and the worker was so patient as I tried to use a deal from the app plus had to split the payment part cash part card. Everyone was laughing together and didn't act like they hated their job which was refreshing.
