Very dissatisfied with my food the fries that were served to me a large fry and a medium fry were hard cold extra Brown chewy seem like they were sitting in the warmer for a while and burnt looking like they rewarmed them try to call them and they hung up on me I wasn't even screaming at him and they just hung up on me and I tried to call back and they sent me to some ID place they said I needed no help I called the Wendy's in German village South high and they were so kind to me and told me they would even replace the fries because they were with the same franchise they were very kind to me but the Wendy's at 35 45 South high Street have gave me nothing but trouble I've been going there for years and I am so dissatisfied with them so dissatisfied

Dining room was not open in the middle of the day. Doors locked only drive thru was open. Knocked and nobody came to the door. If your vehicle doesn’t have enough clearance to go thru the drive thru I should be able to come in and get food..not here. Unprofessional

I stoped to get a sandwich & fries after work, earlier. The lady at the drive thru window was awesome, but I've never had such a bad burger in my 55 years.😑 And the fries were cold. Wendy's is my favorite go to place, but I was highly disappointed this evening.
My favorite Wendy's because of the people. They're always friendly and have become a hoot because of familiarity. Love it

Most terrible experience I've had at a restaurant yet. The fries were cold and gummy,they had no carbonation so had to settle for iced tea and when I grabbed a kbc out of the bag the burger literally fell into the bag and went everywhere

My food came all messed up, the cheese wasn't even properly melted it was cold, bacon was cold, my sweet tea was bitter, no fork, no straw. Overall bad
