They have transitioned to an AI ordering system in the drive thru. It took 3xs as long to order because I kept having to correct the order. "No I don't want a Cobb salad, I want Ghost Pepper dipping sauce!!" Once I received my fries they were old, cold, and soggy.

As others have said, not a normal place. Doors locked, bizarre hour/service combinations, maybe experimental.

If you're a machine that moves via gears and requires lubricating oil or steam power, maybe the place for you. Those made of meat might go to other Wendies.

Ordered via AI and pulled up. I was ignored by staff at the window. I could see him cleaning with headphones in. I sat and waited before driving off and choosing a different establishment. Quality was definitely not the recipe today.

The AI drive through ordering system is infuriating. It just flat out doesn’t work. It didn’t understand anything that I was trying to say and continued to mess up my order.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant in my entire life hands down.

The ladies that were on shift on 12/30-12/31 were very kind and helpful with my order. They informed me of the soon closing times and the availability of choices which were all fresh and the food was great. A very very friendly experience and great experience with revisiting an classic chicken sandwich and lemonade Great Team Great Food 👍🏾

This wendy’s has the worst service ever known to man!!! This wendy’s need a whole new staff. They are very rude and every time I go there, they ALWAYS get my order extremely wrong.

I ordered a two breakfast sandwich’s one sandwich was made right the second was an English muffin with cheese and sausage and my English muffin was extremely hard on one side. I took it back to get a fresh one and they gave me another hard sandwich then the GM comes out and argues with me, trying to convince me that the way the sandwich is supposed to be made, and then tell me how they make it involves putting the sandwich in the microwave. l will never go back to that location.

Most backwards-designed Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Whatever experiment this was by Wendy’s was a failure. You didn’t even design a meeting room for your Management to privately talk to their workers? I had to listen to a general manager berate its workers over things that were mostly due to this failed “experiment”. Wendy’s Corp needs to look at them selves in the mirror and leave the hourly works alone. Service was fine food was normal. That experience was not ideal.
