The workers were so rude, there were little kids trying to order food and they were confused were to go. they were even thinking that they didn't even pay. Be more nicer! And one of the workers were complaining about there jobs that they willingly chose to do. Other than that the outside is beautiful and tables were clean.

I ordered a Spicy Asiago Ranch Chicken Club. It was a regular chicken sandwich and no cheese. Ordered a Bacon Cheese baked potato, but there was no bacon on it, My wife ordered a large Chili with cheese and Onion. There was no onion and 4 tiny strips of cheese. Don't think I will ever order from there again.

All tables were dirty. Had to ask employee to wipe table. It was not busy. Only one other person eating inside. Awkward kiosk to order food. No signs where to pick up food. Definitely not designed for inside dining. Won't return

Service exceeded my expectations for a late night drive thru trip. The two women I interacted with were friendly and kind, and I was glad to have a human at the ordering window instead of AI. I have a few Wendy’s close to me and this will now be my preferred spot.

This is a tough rating because when I’ve talked to the staff they have been very nice. On the other hand this store always has some kind of issue going on. Today the grill is broke, which is something that happens and I understand but this isn’t even the first time that’s been told to me here. I’ve also tried to get things from here multiple (at least 3) times and they run out of hamburger regularly. This seems insane for a burger place. I’ve also had them refuse to take my order through the drive through and have everyone come inside to order at a kiosk (twice). Whoever is in management or possibly even the owner here needs to get it together. I would be embarrassed of the frequency of issues at this store. I’ve worked in the service industry for most of my life and never have I seen a store with so many issues so regularly. The store is clean, the freestyle machine is always loaded. So I will give them credit for that.

They have transitioned to an AI ordering system in the drive thru. It took 3xs as long to order because I kept having to correct the order. "No I don't want a Cobb salad, I want Ghost Pepper dipping sauce!!" Once I received my fries they were old, cold, and soggy.

As others have said, not a normal place. Doors locked, bizarre hour/service combinations, maybe experimental.

If you're a machine that moves via gears and requires lubricating oil or steam power, maybe the place for you. Those made of meat might go to other Wendies.

Ordered via AI and pulled up. I was ignored by staff at the window. I could see him cleaning with headphones in. I sat and waited before driving off and choosing a different establishment. Quality was definitely not the recipe today.

The AI drive through ordering system is infuriating. It just flat out doesn’t work. It didn’t understand anything that I was trying to say and continued to mess up my order.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant in my entire life hands down.

Got told very rudely it would take 20 minutes to do my order. If you don't want to serve me just say so and turn off the lights
