Sat in the drive thru as the second car in line for 10 minutes before the person at the speaker started taking the order of the car in front of us. Someone leaving the drive thru line honked, and the worker at the speaker was laughing. Very poor way to run a business imo. This was at 2 PM in the afternoon, so itâs not like they were that busy.

Just for the record this used to be a 5 star review, not anymore. Order already placed drove up to the ordering screen the machine says how can I take your order I say I have a mobile order it's says let me get a team member. Then I wait and wait and wait and nothing finally I cancelled my order and drove off. Guess that machine is not working out real nice for you guys isn't it

Hickory House has the best ribs in Columbus. They are always cooked perfectly. Smoky, meaty, juicy, and fall off the bone. We love the flavor and the barbeque sauce is delicious. Love their salad with crunchy Chinese noodles. Great sides and service.

Not only did they forget half of my order, they were rude as hell in the drive thru. If youâre gonna shove drinks in my face, at least look at me when you do it. Not once did they even make eye contact with me.
Edit: AND ANOTHER THING, they close the registers at 12:15 when they close at 1 and tell anyone that comes to the drive thru âoh so sorry, our computers are rebootingâ

This location doesn't even try. I can't order it to be delivered anymore because I already know my order will be messed up. Then I go through the drive thru and my order is messed up and they act like it's a problem when they're corrected. I'm so over this Wendy's which sucks cuz it's right by my place. But my order is never right anymore whenever I visit this store

I went through the drive through around 8pm on a Wednesday. There were 3 cars ahead of me when I pulled up. 2 left and 2 more behind me eventually pulled up and left because service was taking so long. I waited it out and eventually had a less than courteous person take my order. I didnât check my food until I got home but my order was completely wrong. I canât imagine how this location does on a busy day if it couldnât handle the simplest things at 8pm in the middle of the week.
